Ինչո՞ւ հանկարծ նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը խոսեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի մասին

«Ես ևս գտնում եմ, որ ՀՀ գործող վարչապետը պետք է հեռանա, որովհետև կարծում եմ, որ այս օրհասական ու բարդ իրադրությունում որևէ լուծում չի առաջարկվում»,- ասաց երեկ Նեմեսիսի հուշարձանի մոտ Բագրատ սրբազանի՝ դասախոսների հետ հանդիպմանը մասնակցող ՀՀ նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը:
Երեկ ու այսօր շատերն ասացին, որ պետք չէ քննադատել Բագրատ սրբազանի հանդուրժողականության, հաշտության օրակարգին իր մասնակցությունը բերած նախկին գլխավոր դատախազին, պետք է ողջունել +1 սկզբունքը՝ ի շահ երկրի առաջ ծառացած թիվ մեկ օրակարգի՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հեռացման:
Սրբազան հոր առաջ քաշած օրակարգը, ինչ խոսք, առանցքային է, ու դրան պետք է ընդառաջ գնանք յուրաքանչյուրս: Հասարակ մահկանացուներս չենք ներող-չներողը այս կամ այն նախկին պաշտոնյային, հատկապես նրանց, ում ձեռքերին մեղքը չհաստատված մարդկանց արյուն կա: Սակայն այդ օրակարգը կենսունակ կարող է լինել միայն իրական ապաշխարության դեպքում:
Գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի, պրոդյուսեր Արմեն Գրիգորյանի մեղադրական եզրակացությունները հաստատած, ՀՀ 3-րդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի վրա «դիզելի» շինծու քրեական գործը կարած, 2-րդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին տևական ժամանակ կալանավայրում պահած, Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցության (ՀՀԿ) փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանի քրեական «ջուր», առանց տուժող գործի մեկնարկը տված, դատավոր Բորիս Բախշիյանի գլխին «սարքած» ու նրան կալանքի տարած, 44-օրյա խայտառակ, աղետալի պատերազմից հետո բազմաթիվ քաղաքական կալանավորումների հեղինակ Արթուր Դավթյանը, սակայն, երեկ չապաշխարեց, ավելին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը պահանջող նախկին գլխավոր դատախազն ասաց, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ խնդիր չի ունեցել և աշխատանքից հեռացել է՝ միայն պաշտոնավարման ժամկետի ավարտով պայմանավորված:
Եվ հետաքրքիր է՝ ինչո՞ւ հանկարծ Արթուր Դավթյանը որոշեց ընդդիմադիր դառնալ ու խոսել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի մասին: Իսկ միգուցե դրա պատճառը նրա անկատար երազանքնե՞րն են:
