Ինչպե՞ս անիմաստ բարձրացնել Ադրբեջանի կշիռը

Խաղաղ օվկիանոսում գտնվող փոքր մի կղզի դարձել է Հարավային Կովկասում քաղաքականություն որոշող գործոններից մեկը։
Նոր Կալեդոնիա կղզում զանգվածային անկարգություններ են արդեն 5 օր շարունակ, բախումների հետևանքով կան զոհեր և հարյուրավոր վիրավորներ։ Ֆրանսիան զորք է մտցրել կղզի. բախումների առիթ էր դարձել Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովի կողմից ընդունված օրինագիծը, որով նահանգի ընտրություններում ընտրելու իրավունք է տրվում Ֆրանսիայի քաղաքացիներին` ովքեր 10 տարի և ավել ապրել են Նոր Կալեդոնիայում։ Նոր Կալեդոնիայի բնակիչները՝ կանակները, դեմ են նման զարգացմանը և համարում են, որ ֆրանսիացիները չպետք է իրենց փոխարեն ընտրություն անեն։
Իսկ ո՞րն է այստեղ տարօրինակ. Ֆրանսիայի ՆԳՆ նախարար Ժերար Դարմանենը Ադրբեջանին մեղադրել է Նոր Կալեդոնիայի ներքին գործերին միջամտելու և խաղաղօվկիանոսյան կղզում անկարգությունների հետ կապ ունենալու մեջ։
Ըստ Դարմանենի՝ ակնհայտ է, որ հենց Ադրբեջանն է սադրում և խթանում Նոր Կալեդոնիայի անջատողականներին։
Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն էլ հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ պահանջելով պաշտոնական Փարիզի ներողությունը։ Անցած տարվա ընթացքում Ադրբեջանում մի քանի միջոցառումներ են տեղի ունեցել Նոր Կալեդոնիայի հետ կապված։ Տարբեր պատվիրակությունների հրավիրել են Ադրբեջան և Ալիևն այդ հանգամանքն օգտագործել է քարոզչական նպատակներով։ Այժմ էլ Ադրբեջանն այդ կղզում բռնկված խռովություններն օգտագործում է սեփական շահերի համար։ Տարօրինակն իհարկե, ոչ թե Ադրբեջանի, այլ հենց պաշտոնական Ֆրանսիայի պահվածքն է, որը նման հայտարարություններով հավասարվում է Ադրբեջանին։
ՄԱԿ ԱԽ 5 մշտական անդամներից մեկն արդեն իջել է այնպիսի մակարդակի, որ «չանա-չանա» կռիվ է տալիս Բաքվի հետ։ Սա ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան Իլհամ Ալիևի քաղաքական կշիռը բարձրացնելու բավականին վտանգավոր ձեռնարկ։
