Վերջին մի քանի տարիների ընթացքում մի շարք համաշխարհային տերություններ ակտիվորեն խթանում են «կանաչ» էներգիան, սակայն էներգիայի այլընտրանքային աղբյուրների զարգացումը դժվարություններ է ունենում անհրաժեշտ սարքավորումների արտադրության բարձր արժեքի պատճառով, ուստի պետք են նոր զարգացումներ, գրում է overclockers.ru-ն:
Գիտնականները, որոնց թվում կան ռուս մասնագետներ և մի շարք այլ երկրների ներկայացուցիչներ, կարող են իրավիճակը դեպի լավը փոխել շնորհիվ արևային մարտկոցների արտադրության ավելի ցածր գնի։ Ներկայումս օգտագործվող բոլոր արևային մարտկոցների մոտավորապես 98 տոկոսը պատրաստված է սիլիցիումով: Այդ լուծումը հնարավորություն է տալիս հասնել քսանհինգ տոկոսի արդյունավետության, բայց համեմատաբար թանկ գնով: Գիտնականների կողմից մշակված նոր տեխնոլոգիան ենթադրում է կապարի աղերի վրա հիմնված պերովսկիտների օգտագործում արևային մարտկոցների արտադրության համար, ինչը զգալիորեն կնվազեցնի վերջնական արտադրանքի արժեքը՝ պահպանելով արդյունավետության ցուցանիշները: Բացի այդ, նոր մշակումն ավելացնում է շրջակա միջավայրի բարեկեցությունը և արտադրության հեշտությունը:
Նշվում է, որ պերովսկիտներից արևային մարտկոցների արտադրության վաղ տեխնոլոգիաներն ունեն որոշ թերություններ, մասնավորապես բջիջների համեմատաբար փոքր չափսերը (մոտ մեկուկես քառակուսի սանտիմետր), ինչով բացատրվում է խոտանների քանակի աճը, որն էլ հանգեցնում է արդյունավետության նվազման և ծառայության կարճ ժամկետի: Սակայն գիտնականների նոր մշակումների շնորհիվ դրանից հնարավոր է խուսափել:
Մասնագետները բջիջներ ձևավորելու համար օգտագործում են հատուկ հեղուկ, որը կոչվում է իոնային հեղուկ, ինչի արդյունքում, բյուրեղացման գործընթացում, հնարավոր է բջջային տարածքը հասցնել քսանհինգ քառակուսի սանտիմետրի առանց որևէ թերության:
Այդ ամենի վերաբերյալ Մոսկվայի պետական համալսարանի գիտնականների կատարած տեսական հաշվարկները գործնականում հաստատվել են տարբեր երկրների մասնագետների թիմերի կողմից: Հնարավոր է դարձել պերովսկիտի վրա հիմնված տարրերի շարունակական շահագործման հնարավորությունն ավելի քան հազար ժամ՝ պահպանելով հաշվարկված արդյունավետությունը:
Հետազոտողների կարծիքով նոր մշակումը շատ խոստումնալից է և թույլ կտա երկարատև սպասարկման և բավականին բարձր արդյունավետությամբ արևային մարտկոցներ արտադրել զգալիորեն ցածր գնով՝ համեմատած սիլիցիումի վրա հիմնված մարտկոցների հետ։
