2023 թվականի հուլիսի 29-ից ադրբեջանական գերության մեջ գտնվող Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի ընտանիքը փորձում է ամեն ինչ անել՝ գերության մեջ գտնվող անմեղ մարդուն հայրենիք վերադարձնելու համար։
168.am-ի հետ զրույցում Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի դուստրը՝ Վերա Խաչատրյանը, ասաց, որ ամիսը մեկ անգամ Կարմիր խաչի միջոցով կարողանում են հեռախոսակապ հաստատել Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի հետ։
«Հայրս ասում է, որ առողջական վիճակը բավարար է, դեղեր է ընդունում, այլ բան չի ասում»,- նշեց Վերա Խաչատրյանը և ընդգծեց՝ ուրիշ ոչինչ ասել չի կարող։
Վերա Խաչատրյանի փոխանցմամբ՝ կփորձեն ամեն ինչ անել գերության մեջ գտնվող հիվանդ հորը վերադարձնելու համար։
«Ընտանիքի անդամներով ինչ կկարողանանք անել գերության մեջ գտնվող մեր ծնողի համար՝ կանենք»,- եզրափակեց Վերա Խաչատրյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ նախորդ տարի ամռանն ադրբեջանական կողմը Հակարիի կամրջից պարզապես առևանգել էր Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին։ Նա Կարմիր խաչի միջոցով Երևան էր գալիս սրտի վիրահատության համար՝ աղջկա ուղեկցությամբ։ Առևանգելուց հետո Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին տարել էին անհայտ ուղղությամբ, այնուհետև ադրբեջանական կողմը հայտարարեց, որ նրան Բաքվում մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, իբրև թե «ցեղասպանություն» իրականացնելու համար։ Ամիսներ տևած կեղծ դատավարական նիստերից հետո Բաքվի դատարանը որոշում կայացրեց Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին դատապարտել 15 տարվա ազատազրկման, որից 5 տարին պետք է անցկացնի բանտում, իսկ մնացածը՝ խիստ ռեժիմի գաղութում։
Որոշ ժամանակ անց Դատարանի որոշման դեմ վերաքննիչ բողոք էր ներկայացվել, սակայն բողոքը Վերաքննիչ դատարանը մերժել էր և 15 տարվա ազատազրկման որոշումը թողել անփոփոխ։
Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ նախորդ տարվա սեպտեմբերից ադրբեջանական պատանդառության մեջ են պահվում նաև Արցախի Հանրապետության ռազմաքաղաքական նախկին ղեկավարությունը, նրանց մի քանի հոդվածներով առաջադրվել են կեղծ մեղադրանքներ։ Երեկ էլ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Բաքվում նրանց կալանքի ժամկետները 5 ամսով կրկին երկարաձգել են։
