Շահեն, ապա՝ Շահին. Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետի ջուջևանյան անցյալը

Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի սահմանագծման և սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովն ադրբեջանական կողմում նախագահում է փոխվարչապետ Շահին Մուստաֆաևը։ Մի մարդ, ով գիտակցական կյանքի զգալի հատվածը ոչ միայն ապրել է Հայաստանում, այլև ստացել է հայկական կրթություն։ Մուստաֆաևների ընտանիքն ապրում էր Տավուշի մարզի Ջուջևան բնակավայրում, որտեղ մինչ օրս հիշում են նրանց։
«4-րդ դասարանից մինչև 9-րդ դասարանը ես նրան Հայոց լեզու եմ դասավանդել, մեզանից մեկն էր, առանց խտրականության։ Բոլորի պես հավասար սովորում էր, խելացի աշակերտ էր»,- MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում հիշում է վաստակաշատ մանկավարժ Անուշ Ալեքսանյանը։
Ալեքսանյանն ասում է, որ միայն Ադրբեջան վերադառնալուց հետո է անունը դարձել Շահին, մինչ այդ դպրոցական փաստաթղթերում և դասամատյաններում Շահեն էր։
«Հայոց պատմությունն անգիր գիտեր, մեր բոլոր պատմավեպերին ծանոթ էր, քանի որ ընթերցասեր աշակերտ էր։ Միայն Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին դասերի ժամանակ այնպես ենք արել, որ չնեղվի, ասել եմ՝ «դու ադրբեջանցի ես, իսկ հանցագործությունը հայերի դեմ արել է Թուրքիան»։ Երեխա էր, չէի ուզում, որ նեղվեր»,- ասում է ուսուցիչը։
Մուստաֆաևները Ջուջևանում ապրող միակ ադրբեջանցիներն էին։ Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքով՝ Շահինի հայրը՝ Աբդուլլահը, և մայրը՝ Մահիզարը, սովորական կենցաղով էին ապրում, հայերի հետ հավասար իրավունքներով։
«Բարեկամուհուս հարևաններն են եղել, վատ մարդիկ չէին, բայց երբ սկսվեց մեծ շարժումը, ապա սովետը փլուզվեց, Մահիզարն անիծում էր հայերին, վարկաբեկում համագյուղացիներին։ Այդ ժամանակ Շահինն արդեն Երևանում ուսանող էր, կարծեմ՝ տնտեսագիտություն էր սովորում։ Ի վերջո, ընտանիքը հասկացավ, որ ջուջևանցիները մեղավոր չեն կատարվողի համար, ու հեռացավ։ Մինչ այդ հրաժեշտի հացկերույթ կազմակերպեցինք։ Իրենք էլ գիտեին, որ մեր գյուղացիք վատ բան չեն անի ու չեն վտարի իրենց, ուղղակի վախենում էին, ինչպես իրենք էին ասում՝ «ծայրահեղական հայերից»»։
Անուշ Ալեքսանյանը կասկած չուներ, որ Շահին Մուստաֆաևը պաշտոնյա պիտի դառնա։ Այն էլ մեկը, ում Ադրբեջանը երաշխավորել է սահմանազատել ու սահմանագծել Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան պետական սահմանը։
«Բայց նաև չեմ կասկածում, որ սեփական երկրի շահն է պահպանելու, հո՞ Հայաստանի համար նպաստավոր պայմաններ չի առաջ քաշելու։ Ով էլ լինի, պարզ է, որ իր երկրի շահն է առաջ տանելու, հետո ի՞նչ, որ Շահինն ինչ-որ տեղ նաև ջուջևանցի է։ Գիտե՞ք, վերջին 3 տասնամյակներին Ադրբեջանը պետական մակարդակով ազգայնամոլություն է քարոզել միայն։ Վստահ եմ, իմ երբեմնի լավ աշակերտը՝ որպես Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետ, իրենց օգտին է սահմանները գծելու»,- հավելեց ընկեր Ալեքսանյանը։
