Վարչախումբը հերսոտել է «խնդրանք» բառից

Հայաստանի մի շարք մարզերից ռուս սահմանապահներին դուրս բերելու գործընթացը շարունակվում է: Միևնույն ժամանակ փաշինյանական վարչախմբին օբյեկտիվորեն հարցեր են տալիս, թե դեպի Եվրոպա սլացող վարչախումբը ինչո՞ւ է խնդրել ռուսական կողմին դուրս բերել սահմանապահ ուղեկալները` Տավուշի, Սյունիքի, Գեղարքունիքի մարզերից, բայց խնդրել շարունակել սահմանի պահպանությունը Թուրքիայի և Իրանի սահմանագոտում։
Խնդրանքի մասին հայտարարել էին, թե՛ Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը, թե՛ Ռուսաստանի ԱԴԾ ղեկավար Բորդնիկովը, նշել, որ հայկական կողմի խնդրանքով են իրականացնում սահմանի պահպանություն Թուրքիայի և Իրանի հատվածում։
Մի քանի օր լռելուց հետո, վերջապես, գործող վարչախմբի ներկայացուցիչները փորձում են համոզել, թե որևէ խնդրանք չի եղել։ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը Հանրայինի եթերում հայտարարել է, թե իրականում Մոսկվայում Պուտին-Փաշինյան հանդիպմանը հայկական կողմն առաջարկել է, որ «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում միայն հայ սահմանապահները ծառայություն իրականացնեն, ինչպես նաև ռուս սահմանապահները դուրս գան Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան 17 սահմանային կետերից, հանեն Սիսիանում և Գորիսում ունեցած բազաները։
Ըստ ԱԽ քարտուղարի՝ ռուսներն ընդունել են դա և հարցրել են, թե արդյո՞ք Հայաստան-Իրան և Հայաստան-Թուրքիա սահմանից էլ պետք է դուրս գալ։ Հայկական կողմն, ըստ Գրիգորյանի, պատասխանել է, որ «Տվյալ հատվածներում ռուս սահմանապահները տեղակայված են միջպետական պայմանագրի վրա, դրանք պայմանագրային են և մենք այս պահին դրանք ձեզ հետ չենք քննարկում»,- ասել է Գրիգորյանը։
Նրա խոսքում առանցքային է «այս պահին» արտահայտությունը, այսինքն գործող իշխանությունները չեն բացառում, որ առաջիկայում կարող են դնել նաև Թուրքիայի և Իրանի սահմանից ռուս սահմանապահների դուրս բերման հարցը։
Դա անմիջականորեն կապված է Հայաստանում ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի հետ։ Այդ ռազմաբազան է իրականացնում սահմանների պահպանությունը տվյալ հատվածներում, իսկ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը ամեն ինչ անում է Հայաստանից ռուսական ռազմակայանը հեռացնելու համար։
