Ոսկեպարի հնաբնակ բնակիչներից մեկը MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց իր մտահոգությունն այն մասով, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իրենց անվտանգության հաշվին ձեռքբերում է համարում արձանագրության ստորագրումը, մինչդեռ, անվտանգության երաշխիքներ չկան, թե արդյո՞ք խաղաղություն է հաստատվելու։
«Ես ամբողջ կյանքս ապրել եմ այստեղ, ու այսօր կանգնում, ասում են, թե պիտի տանք։ Մենք ո՛չ սահմանապահներին ենք վստահում, ո՛չ խաղաղապահներին։ Կրակոցների տակ ենք ապրել, կոփվել ենք։ Ասում եք՝ «խաղաղության դարաշրջան», սո՛ւտ է, Ադրբեջանը մինչև չգրավի այս գյուղերը, խաղաղություն չի լինելու»,- ասաց 70-անց տղամարդը։
Սյունիքի մարզում ևս թերահավատորեն են մոտենում Փաշինյանի խոստացած խաղաղությանը։ «Պետական մակարդակով իրենց հեռուստաալիքներն առիթը բաց չեն թողնում Հայաստանը ներկայացնելու որպես «արևմտյան Ադրբեջան»։ Հասկանո՞ւմ եք՝ սա ինչ է։ Իրենք միջազգային հանրությանը և իրենց հասարակությանը հարմարեցնում են այս թեզին, որ հետո գործեն, իսկ մենք նստած խաղաղությունից ենք խոսում»,- MediaHub-ին ասում է Կապանի վաստակաշատ ուսուցիչներից մեկը, ապա ավելացնում, որ «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկն» Արցախից հետո կլինի գործող իշխանության 2-րդ ձախողված ծրագիրը։
Արդեն հայտնի է, որ երեկ ուշ երեկոյան Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև ստորագրված արձանագրությունների համաձայն՝ Իջևան-Նոյեմբերյան ճանապարհի՝ Կիրանցի հատվածը հատում է Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանի սահմանը՝ համաձայն 1976 թվականի քարտեզի: Հայաստանը ստիպված է լինելու Կիրանցում միջպետական ճանապարհը դուրս բերել և տեղափոխել դեպի գյուղի խորք, իսկ Կիրանցի կամուրջը, որն ամենաշատն է մտահոգում տեղացիներին, անցնելու է Ադրբեջանին:
«Այս պահին գյուղում խառը, հակասական տրամադրություններ են։ Ասում եմ ձեզ, եթե սահմանազատումը լինի այնպես, ինչպես ուզում են Փաշինյանը և Ալիևը, ուրեմն պատրաստվեք մեզ դիմավորել Երևանում։ Այստեղ հայ չի մնալու»,- ասաց Կիրանց գյուղի երիտասարդներից մեկը՝ նշելով, որ այս պահին իրենք ամբողջ բնակիչներով գյուղամեջում են, քննարկում ու գյուղը պահելու եզրեր են փնտրում։
