Մենք հայտարարություն ենք արել, աջակցել ենք, միացել ենք Շարժմանը։ Այս մասին Armlur.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի նախկին քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Բագրատ Սրբազանի առաջնորդած Շարժմանը։
Հարցին՝ հնարավո՞ր է արդյոք նման ակցիաներով իշխանափոխության հասնել Հայաստանում, նա պատասխանեց․ «Հարցրեք առաջնորդներին»։
Բալասանյանը նշեց, որ այժմ հարցազրույցներ չի տալիս, սակայն արդեն հայտարարել, որ մասնակցում է Բագրատ Սրբազանի առաջնորդած Շարժմանը։
«Ես միշտ, ամբողջ կյանքում պատրաստ եմ Հայ առաքելական սուրբ եկեղեցու կողքին կանգնել», - հավելեց նա։
Տավուշի սահմանազատման ու Ադրբեջանի պահանջների վերաբերյալ հարցին Բալասանյանը հրաժարվեց պատասխանել, իսկ հարցին՝ արդյոք սահմանազատման գործընթացը համարում է օրինական, նա խնդրեց այլևս հարցեր չտալ․
«Միջազգային պրակտիկա գոյություն ունի, միջազգային իրավունք ու միջազգային նորմ, պետք է յուրաքանչյուր պետություն ու հանրապետություն առաջնորդվի միջազգային նորմերով ու օրենքներով։ Հիմա՝ անում են, թե չեն անում, հարցրեք շենքի մարդկանց», - նշեց Վիտալի Բալասանյանը՝ մատնանշելով Կառավարության շենքը։
