Սահմանազատման արդյունքում ադրբեջանական Բաղանիս-Այրում, Աշաղ Ասքիպարա և Խեյրիմլի գյուղերի շուրջ 25 տուն մնացել է Հայաստանի տարածքում։ Սահմանագծման արդյունքում Կիրանց գյուղի 2 բնակելի տուն կմնա Ադրբեջանի տարածքում։ Այս մասին հայտնում են InfoPort.am-ի կառավարամերձ աղբյուրները:
Նշենք, որ ըստ ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի՝ Ոսկեպար-Բաղանիս հատվածի ամենազգայուն հարցերից մեկը կապված էր Ոսկեպարի Սբ Աստվածածին եկեղեցու, մյուսը` Ոսկեպար-Բաղանիս ԽՍՀՄ ժամանակների ճանապարհի հետ: Երկու հարցն էլ լուծվել են լավագույն ձեւով: Ճանապարհն ամբողջությամբ ՀՀ տարածքում է, եկեղեցին նույնպես, եւ սահմանագիծը գտնվում է թե ճանապարհից, թե եկեղեցուց բավականին հեռու: Բերքաբերում ոչ մի զգայուն իրավիճակ չկար եւ չկա:
Կիրանցի համար նպաստավոր լուրը մասնավորապես այն է, որ մոտ 25 հեկտար գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության հողեր, որոնք վերջին 33 տարում անհասանելի են եղել Կիրանցի համար, կվերադարձվի:
Կիրանցի երեք կոորդինատները տեղորոշվել են համակարգչային եղանակով, եւ սյուները կտեղադրվեն ավելի ուշ: Մյուսները տեղադրված են:
Ինչպես ասվել է, ճանապարհի տեղափոխման խնդիր, այո, առաջանալու է, որը հնարավոր է իրականացնել 2-3 ամսում: Կհիմնանորոգվի նաեւ Հ-26 ավտոճանապարհից դեպի Աճարկուտ, ապա Կիրանց տանող ճանապարհը, որն այլընտրանքային է Կիրանցի համար:
Ինչ վերաբերում է գույքային հարցերին, դրանց ծավալը մեծ չի լինի, եւ կառավարությունը բոլոր նման դեպքերում կփոխհատուցի քաղաքացիների կրած վնասները, ըստ նրանց նախընտրության գույքային կամ ֆինանսական եղանակով: Երկու կողմերի սահմանապահները համաձայնեցված սահմանի վրա կկանգնեն առաջիկա 8-9 օրերի ընթացքում, իսկ Կիրանցի առավել զգայուն հատվածում` ավելի ուշ, որովհետեւ այդտեղ որոշ մանրամասներ ենթակա են լրացուցիչ ճշգրտման:
