 Ադրբեջանի դեմքը ներկայացնող արտաքին գործերի նախարարության դեսպանները, որոնք արտասահման ուղարկվելուց առաջ բացառիկ ջանադիրությամբ ընտրվում եւ հատուկ պատրաստություն են անցնում, արտերկրում դիվանագիտական գործունեությունը թողած` զբաղված են մեքենայություններով` հարստացման նպատակով ապօրինի առեւտրային գործարքներով:

Ըստ կայքի` մասնավորապես, Գերմանիայում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատան երրորդ քարտուղար, կադրային դիվանագետ Շահրիայր Աղաեւը, օգտագործելով իր պաշտոնը, դեսպանատան կարիքների անվան տակ Duty Free-ից պատվիրել է ալկոհոլային, ծխախոտի եւ օծանելիքի ապրանքներ, որոնք հետագայում իրացրել է իր ուղիներով: Բացի այդ, նա միջնորդություն է կատարել ադրբեջանցի չինովնիկների համար Գերմանիայում անշարժ գույք եւ առեւտրային օբյեկտներ ձեռք բերելու գործում, ինչի դիմաց պատշաճ վարձատրություն ստացել: Նա զբաղվել է նաեւ Cargo բեռներ ստանալով` որպես դիվանագետ զերծ մնալով մաքսատուրքիÖ , եւ իրացրել, ինչի հետքերը երեւում են Instigram-ում եւ FB-ում, հայտնի բրենդների կեղծումով` կեղծված ապրանքները վաճառքի հանելով Բաքվի բուտիկներում:

Կայքը գրում է, որ ներկայում Ադրբեջանի կադրային դիվանագետ Շահրիյար Աղաեւը բարձր պաշտոն է զբաղեցնում Ավստրիայում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատանը, եւ պատրաստվում է այդ երկրում մնալու ժամկետն ավարտվելուց հետո կեղծ ամուսնություն գրանցել` Եվրոպայում ապրելու եւ բնակության իրավունք ստանալու նպատակով, ինչի համար արդեն բաժանվել է իր կնոջից: 

«Այսինքն` վերադառնալ Ադրբեջան նա մտադիր չէ», -գրում է կայքը` նշելով, որ նման դիվանագետներ Ադրբեջանը շատ ունի:

Եվրամիությունում Իսլամական համագործակցության կազմակերպության նախկին դեսպան Արիֆ Մամեդովը 2013 թվականին Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ կոլեգիայում ադրբեջանցի դիվանագետներին մեղադրել էր իրենց աշխատած երկրների ներկայացուցիչներին կաշառք տալու մեջ:

Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետ, փախստականների եւ հարկադիր վերաբնակների հարցերով Պետկոմիտեի նախագահ Ալի Հասանովը սեփական երկրի ԱԳՆ-ում տիրող այդ խայտառակ փաստերի առնչությամբ հայտարարել է, որ «Ադրբեջանի որոշ դեսպաններ զբաղված են բիզնեսով, իսկ մյուսներն էլ դավաճանում են»:
