ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն ընդլայնել է հեռախոսահամարով միջազգային փոխանցումների հնարավորությունները

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի ֆիզիկական անձ հաճախորդները կարող են Ռուսաստանից դրամական փոխանցումներ ստանալ հեռախոսահամարով: Ծառայությունը հասանելի է Unistream համակարգի միջոցով բջջային հավելվածում և Unistream Բանկի մասնաճյուղերում։ Միջոցները մուտքագրվում են անմիջապես ստացողի հաշվին կամ քարտին՝ ազգային արժույթով:

Հաճախորդին գումար ուղարկելու համար անհրաժեշտ  է «Денежные переводы Юнистрим» բջջային հավելվածում ընտրել «Переводы» բաժինը, սեղմել «Отправить перевод» կոճակը, ընտրել երկիրը՝ Հայաստան և «По номеру телефона» վճարման տարբերակը: Այնուհետև անհրաժեշտ է ընտրել ստացողի հեռախոսահամարը կոնտակտների ցանկից կամ մուտքագրել այն, նշել գումարը ռուսական ռուբլով և սեղմել «Продолжить»: Բոլոր տվյալները ստուգելուց հետո անհրաժեշտ է հաստատել գործարքը: 

«Վերջին երկու տարիների ընթացքում մենք մեկնարկել ենք հեռախոսահամարով փոխանցումների մի քանի ծառայություններ, ինչպես սեփական Մոբայլ բանկինգ հավելվածում, այնպես էլ գործընկերների հեռահար ծառայությունների հարթակներում, և նկատում ենք օգտատերերի կողմից հետաքրքրության աճ: 2023թ․-ին բանկի ֆիզիկական անձ հաճախորդները Ռուսաստանից ստացել են ավելի քան 94 հազար փոխանցում՝ ընդհանուր 3,8 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ գումարի չափով։ Այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում նմանատիպ գործարքների ծավալը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ աճել է 64%-ով։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով մենք կշարունակենք զարգացնել միջազգային փոխանցումների հնարավորություններն այն հաճախորդների համար, ովքեր ցանկանում են արագ և ապահով գումարներ ուղարկել Հայաստանում գտնվող իրենց ընտանիքներին և հարազատներին», - մեկնաբանել է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրենի - Տնօրինության նախագահի տեղակալ Տարաս Կլադչենկոն։

Unistream համակարգի միջոցով հեռախոսահամարով փոխանցումների ծառայության շրջանակում հավելվածի միջոցով փոխանցում կատարելիս օրական գործարքների առավելագույն գումարը կազմում է 450 հազար, իսկ սպասարկման կետերում՝ 900 հազար ՌԴ ռուբլի: Օրական առավելագույն գործարքների քանակը 3-ն է, ամսական՝ 10-ը: Միջնորդավճարը կազմում է փոխանցման գումարի 1%-ը:
