«Եկել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը և բոլոր հարակից կառույցները վերացնելու ժամանակը»,- երեկ ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը՝ ընդունելով ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ, Մալթայի ԱԳ նախարար Յան Բորգի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը։
Այսպիսով, Ալիևը հետևողականորեն գնում է մի կետի, որն իրականություն է դառնում Փաշինյանի իշխանության գործուն ջանքերի շնորհիվ:
Ադրբեջանի նախագահը փայլուն հասկանում էր, որ Արցախում հայերի էթնիկ զտում իրականացնելով՝ անգամ չի փակել ԼՂ խնդիրը, քանի դեռ գոյություն ունի ՄԽ համանախագահությունը:
Ալիևը, մի կողմից, ճնշում բանեցրեց պաշտոնական Երևանի վրա, որն օրակարգից, ըստ էության, հանեց բոլոր այն հարցերը, որոնք աղերս ունեն ԼՂ-ի և նրա ժողովրդի հետ, մյուս կողմից՝ անցած տարվա դեկտեմբերից սկսած բանակցությունները տեղափոխեց հայ-ադրբեջանական հարթություն՝ բացառելով որևէ միջնորդի մասնակցություն:
Հիմա արդեն եկել է այն հանգրվանը, երբ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը բաց տեքստով ասում է, որ կան հայ- ադրբեջանական պայմանավորվածություններ, որոնց կատարմանը միջնորդները, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը խանգարում են, ու պահանջում է միջազգային ֆորմատի լուծարումը:
Այս հարցում Ալիևն ունի դաշնակից՝ Փաշինյանի դեմքով, ինչը ենթադրում է, որ միջազգային հանրությունը «համակերպվելու» է հակամարտության կողմերի «որոշմանը»:
