Ռուսաստանի մտավախությունները հաստատվել են՝ Հայաստանում ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությունը փաստացի վերածվել է արևմտյան կիսառազմական գործողության՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկրների ներգրավմամբ և կասկածելի նպատակներով. այս մասին News.ru պորտալին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը։
«Դրա անձնակազմն արդեն առնվազն երկու անգամ ավելացվել է, և նոր հենակետեր են բացվում։ Բոլորովին վերջերս Երևանին պարտադրվել է ԵՄ-ի ներկայության կարգավիճակի մասին համաձայնագիր, որն առաքելությանը տալիս է առավել բարենպաստ պայմաններ և Հայաստանի տարածքում գործելու ազատություն:
Այն, որ առաքելությունը հանդիսանում է ԵՄ հիբրիդային պատերազմի գործիք, հաստատում է դրա գաղտնիությունը, հաշվետվողականության բացակայությունը և վերահսկողության բացակայությունը թե՛ Հայաստանի, թե՛ Ադրբեջանի, թե՛ այլ շահագրգիռ երկրների և կառույցների կողմից։
Առաքելությունը բացահայտ սադրիչ գործունեություն է ծավալում, ամբողջությամբ զբաղվում է հակառուսական քարոզչությամբ՝ հայ հասարակության մեջ կեղծ գաղափարներ սերմանելով Եվրամիության՝ որպես Հայաստանի «անվտանգության և բարգավաճման աղբյուրի» մասին։
Ավելին, ԵՄ գործունեությունը գնալով ստանում է հակաադրբեջանական և հակաիրանական բնույթ։ Եթե խոսենք երկարաժամկետ տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության, կայունության և սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման խնդիրների մասին, ապա տարածաշրջանը ռազմականացնելու և այնտեղ ԵՄ-ի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի ռազմաքաղաքական ազդեցությունն ընդլայնելու արևմտյան երկրների ծրագրերը լիովին անհամապատասխան են դրանց։
Հարավային Կովկասի բարգավաճման բանալին ներառական երկխոսությունն է, մասնավորապես «3+3» խորհրդատվական տարածաշրջանային հարթակի շրջանակում, ի հայտ եկած խնդիրների պատասխանների համատեղ որոնումը և արտատարածաշրջանային ուժերի աշխարհաքաղաքական թելադրանքին հակազդելը», - ասել է Գալուզինը։
