Վրաստանի խորհրդարանը վերջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունել է «օտարերկրյա գործակալների մասին» օրինագիծը

Վրաստանի խորհրդարանը երրորդ և վերջին ընթերցմամբ հավանություն է տվել, այսպես կոչված, «օտարերկրյա գործակալների մասին» («Օտարերկրյա ազդեցության թափանցիկության մասին») օրինագծին, հայտնում է ekhokavkaza.com-ը։
84 պատգամավոր կողմ է քվեարկել իշխող «Վրացական երազանք» կուսակցության աղմկահարույց նախաձեռնությանը, չնայած երկրի տասնյակ հազարավոր քաղաքացիների բողոքի ակցիաներին և Վրաստանի միջազգային գործընկերների քննադատությանը։ Դեմ է քվեարկել 30 ընդդիմադիր։
Նախագահ Սալոմե Զուրաբիշվիլին ավելի վաղ խոստացել էր, որ վետո կդնի օրինագծի վրա։ Վրաստանի Սահմանադրության համաձայն՝ նախագահը ստորագրում և հրապարակում է օրենքը 10 օրվա ընթացքում կամ այն վերադարձնում խորհրդարան՝ պատճառաբանված մեկնաբանություններով։ «Վրացական երազանքը» բավականաչափ ձայներ ունի՝ վետոն շրջանցելու համար: Եթե դրանից հետո նախագահը չի ստորագրում օրենքը, այն ստորագրում և հրապարակում է խորհրդարանի նախագահը։
Աղմկահարույց օրենքի նախագծի շուրջ քննարկումներն ընթացել են խորհրդարանի շենքի մոտ ընդդիմության բողոքի ցույցերի, Թբիլիսիի մերձավոր դաշնակիցների կոշտ քննադատության, պատգամավորների միջև ծեծկռտուքի ուղեկցությամբ:
Իշխող թիմի ներկայացուցիչները հավաստիացնում են, որ իրենց նպատակն է ֆինանսական թափանցիկություն ապահովել ոչ-կառավարական ոլորտում՝ պարտավորեցնելու այն բոլոր հասարակական կազմակերպություններին ու լրատվամիջոցներին, որոնց ֆինանսավորման ավելի քան 20 տոկոսն օտարերկրյա ծագում ունի, տարեկան հայտարարագիր ներկայացնել, հակառակ դեպքում օրենքով սահմանել մոտ 10 հազար ամերիկյան դոլարին համարժեք տուգանք։
