Ոստիկանությանը հրահանգվել է կոշտ արձագանքել ցուցարարներին

Հայաստանի ոստիկանությունը երեկ չափազանց կոշտ է արձագանքել ընդդիմադիր շարժման գործողություններին. մեկ օրում 171 մարդու` բիրտ ուժ կիրառելով բերման են ենթարկել ոստիկանություն, իսկ կարմիր բերետավորներն էլ ուժ են գործադրել զոհվածների հարազատների, մայրերի և անչափահասների նկատմամբ։
«Կարմիր բերետավորների արարքները քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ ակնհայտ պատժիչ բնույթ ունեին և դրանց մեծագույն մասը կապ չուներ իրավական կանոնների հետ»,- նշել է Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը։
Միայն երեկ ավելի շատ մարդ է բերման ենթարկվել, քան շարժման բողոքի ակցիաների մյուս բոլոր օրերը միասին վերցրած։ Մի կողմից գործող իշխանությունները և նրանց սպասարկող մամուլը փորձում են համոզել, թե ընդդիմադիր շարժումը մարում է, մյուս կողմից ավելի ագրեսիվ և կոշտ են արձագանքում, ինչը վկայում է, որ իրականում փաշինյանական վարչախմբի տարածած նարատիվներն ամենևին էլ լուրջ չեն, իրենք էլ զգում են, որ հողը փախչում է իրենց ոտքերի տակից։
Ակնհայտորեն փորձում են բռնապետական միջոցներով պայքարել ընդդիմադիր շարժման դեմ, ամեն գնով կանխել իրենց համար անցանկալի զարգացումները: Մինչդեռ ակնհայտ է, որ Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանի գլխավորած շարժումն ունի բոլոր հնարավորությունները ոչ միայն հասնելու գործող իշխանափոխության, այլ նաև պատժելու փաշինյանական վարչախմբի պարագլխին և մյուս բոլոր անդամներին։
Հենց այս հեռանկարն է, որ սարսափեցնում է գործող իշխանություններին, ուստի զարմանալի չէ, որ «Քաղպայմանագրի» աշխատանքային չաթերում հստակ հանձնարարություններ են տրվում տարբեր պատգամավորների։ Տարօրինակն այն է, որ այդ աշխատանքային չաթերի սքրինշոթերն արդեն հայտնվում են ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչների մոտ, ինչը վկայում է, որ ՔՊ-ում լուրջ խմորումներ են ընթանում և շատերը փորձում են ընդդիմության հետ համագործակցության եզրեր փնտրել` ապագայում չպատժվելու համար։
