Նեպալի պատվիրակությունն ԱԺ-ում էր․ «Ակադեմիական քաղաքն» են քննարկել

Մենք կարևորում ենք Հայաստանի և Նեպալի միջև հարաբերությունների զարգացումը: Երկու երկրներն էլ ունեն բավականին հետաքրքիր նմանություններ և առկա է տարբեր բնագավառներում երկկողմ ներուժն առավել ակտիվ իրացնելու անհրաժեշտություն. ողջունելով Նեպալի Դաշնային Ժողովրդավարական Հանրապետության պատվիրակության անդամներին խորհրդարանում, ասել է Գիտության, կրթության, մշակույթի, սփյուռքի, երիտասարդության և սպորտի հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամ Նարեկ Բաբայանը: Այդ մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԺ մամուլի ծառայությունից։
Հանդիպումը տեղի է ունեցել մայիսի 13-ին: Պատվիրակության անդամների կազմում եղել են Նեպալի խորհրդարանի, ազգային ռազմավարական հանձնաժողովի, տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների, վիճակագրական կոմիտեի, ինչպես նաև մասնավոր հատվածի և քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչներ: ԱԺ տարածքային կառավարման, տեղական ինքնակառավարման, գյուղատնտեսության և շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամ Միքայել Թումասյանը կարևորել է դեպի ծով ելք չունեցող զարգացող երկրներին առնչվող օրակարգային հարցերում համագործակցությունը:
Նարեկ Բաբայանը, խոսելով Կառավարության 2021-2026 թվականների ծրագրով կրթական և գիտության ոլորտում իրականացված բարեփոխումների մասին, ներկայացրել է «Ակադեմիական քաղաք» ծրագիրը՝ նշելով, որ այն հանդիսանալու է ժամանակակից հետազոտական և նորարարական գործունեությունը երաշխավորող միջավայր:
Անդրադարձ է կատարվել հանրակրթական ոլորտում իրականացված փոփոխություններին, կրթական նոր չափորոշիչներին, կրեդիտավորման համակարգին, նոր դասագրքերի տպագրությանը, ուսուցիչների կամավոր ատեստավորման գործընթացին, դպրոցի տնօրենի ընտրության կարգում իրականացված փոփոխություններին, վերջին տարիներին գիտության ոլորտում պետական ֆինանսավորման աճին:
Նեպալի Դաշնային Ժողովրդավարական Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի զարգացման, տնտեսական հարցերի և արդյունավետ կառավարման կոմիտեի քարտուղար Ռոջ Նաթ Պանդեն, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության և համապարփակ տեղեկատվություն ներկայացնելու համար, խոսել է Նեպալի խորհրդարանի կառուցվածքի և գործունեության մասին:
Երկուստեք ընդգծվել է խորհրդարանական բարեկամական խումբ ձևավորելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
Միքայել Թումասյանը ներկայացրել է համայնքների խոշորացման գործընթացը՝ շեշտելով առավելություններն ու ձեռքբերումները: Նա անդրադարձել է գյուղատնտեսության բնագավառում իրականացվող պետական ծրագրերին, խոսել իրավական բարեփոխումների, միջպետական, միջհամայնքային ճանապարհաշինության մասին:
Պատվիրակության անդամների խնդրանքով Նարեկ Բաբայանը պարզաբանումներ է ներկայացվել նախադպրոցական կրթությանը, կրթության՝ մասնավոր և պետական համակարգի տարբերությունների, բժշկական կրթության, բժշկական կադրերի պատրաստման համակարգի վերաբերյալ:
