Ռուսաստանում չափազանց ուշագրավ իրադարձություններ են տեղի ունենում, որոնք վկայում են, որ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը նախագահի ընտրություններից հետո կարողացել է ամրապնդել իր դիրքերը և աստիճանաբար ազատվում է բոլոր հնարավոր մրցակիցներից, ովքեր սկսել էին վտանգ ներկայացնել։

Մասնավորապես, երեկ Պուտինը պաշտոնանկ է արել պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուին և նրան նշանակել անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Պատրուշևի փոխարեն։ Թեպետ անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի պաշտոնն իշխանական ուղղահայացում ավելի բարձր պաշտոն է համարվում, իրականում այն առանձնապես մեծ արժեք և լծակներ չի ենթադրում։ Փաստացի, դա մխիթարական պաշտոն է՝ ավելի լուրջ լծակներից զրկված պաշտոնյաների համար։

Պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնին նշանակվել է առաջին փոխվարչապետ Անդրեյ Բելոռուսովը, վերջինս ռազմական գործի հետ առանձնապես կապված չէ, մասնագիտությամբ տնտեսագետ է և նրա նշանակմամբ Պուտինն ամբողջությամբ իր ձեռքն է վերցնելու պաշտպանության նախարարության կառավարումը։

Թե ի՞նչ ճակատագիր է սպասվում զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետին` առայժմ հայտնի չէ։ Նոր կառավարությունում իրենց պաշտոնները կպահպանեն մի շարք առանցքային պաշտոնյաներ, այդ թվում` արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը։ Վերջինիս Կրեմլում մեղադրում են մի շարք ուղղություններ ձախողելու՝ հատկապես հայկական ուղղությունը հիմնովին ոչնչացնելու մեջ։

Թե ինչո՞ւ են առայժմ պահպանում Լավրովին այդ պաշտոնում` բարդ է ասել, միգուցե ՌԴ ղեկավարությունը դեռ մինչև վերջ հույսը չի կտրել ազգությամբ հայ Լավրովի ծառայություններից։
