Տեղի է ունեցել «Սյունիքի ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգություն» կայքի շնորհանդեսը

2001 թվականին ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ն հարցում է անցկացրել պետությունների և ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպությունների շրջանում՝ ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության պաշտպանության մասին որոշում մշակելու նպատակով։ Իսկ 2003 թ․ ընդունվել է ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության (ՈՆՄԺ) պաշտպանության կոնվենցիան:
Մեր երկրում «Ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության մասին» օրենքն ընդունվել է 2009 թվականին: 2022 թ. ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի «Ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության պաշտպանության մասին» կոնվենցիայի հիմնադրամից միջազգային աջակցություն անվանակարգով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը տրամադրվել է դրամաշնորհ «ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի բանահյուսական ժառանգության համայնքահեն գույքագրումը, փաստաթղթավորումը և պահպանումը» վերնագրով հայտի շրջանակում երկու տարի ժամկետով ծրագիր իրականացնելու համար:
Հայտը պատրաստվել է ՀՀ ԳԱԱ հնագիտության և ազգագրության ինստիտուտի նախաձեռնությամբ և ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության խորհրդատվական աջակցությամբ: Օրերս ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Հնագիտության և ազգագրության ինստիտուտում (ՀԱԻ) տեղի ունեցավ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի կողմից իրականացվող «ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի բանահյուսական ժառանգության համայնքահեն գույքագրումը, փաստաթղթավորումը և պահպանումը» ծրագրի շրջանակներում պատրաստված «Սյունիքի ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգություն» կայքի շնորհանդեսը: Ներկա էին ծրագրով հետաքրքրվածները, հյուրեր։ Բացման խոսքով հանդես եկավ ՀԱԻ տնօրեն Արսեն Բոբոխյանը՝ ողջունելով կատարված աշխատանքը։ Ծրագրի մասին ներկայացրեց համակարգող բ․գ․թ․, դոցենտ, ՀՀ ԳԱԱ ՀԱԻ բանահյուսության տեքստաբանության բաժնի ավագ գիտաշխատող Գոհար Մելիքյանը։ Տեղեկացրեց՝ ծրագրի նպատակն է գույքագրել, փաստաթղթավորել և պահպանել ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգությունը: Նշեց նաև՝ ծրագիրն իրականացրել են՝ աշխատելով Սյունիքի 8 համայնքներում:
Ներկայացնելով բուն Սյունիքի ՈՄՆԺ-ն՝ տեղեկացվեց՝ այս մարզում անհապաղ պաշտպանության կարիք ունեն Կարճևանի բարբառը, Մեղրու համայնքի չաթանագործության արհեստը, Գորիս և Սիսիան համայնքների բրուտագործությունը և «Կաթնավով մատաղ» ծեսը:
