Ոստիկանությանն է ձեռնտու փակ պահել Բաղրամյան պողոտան. Ցուցարարները պնդում են, որ պողոտան իրենք չեն փակել

Բաղրամյան պողոտայում այսօր՝ հուլիսի 4-ին, ցուցարարները հայտարարել են, որ Բաղրամյան պողոտան փակել են ոչ թե իրենք, ինչպես հայտարարում է ոստիկանությունը, այլ հենց ոստիկանությունը:
«Մենք տեղափոխվել ենք մայթ եւ շարունակում ենք խաղաղ հավաքը, բայց փողոցը փակ է եւ ոստիկանությունը ոչ մի գործողություն չի իրականացնում փողոցը բացելու համար, սակայն ոստիկանությունըշարունակում է բոլորիս, որ մենք փակել ենք փողոցը: Քանի որ իրենք ոչ մի գործողություն չեն իրականացնում փողոցը բացելու համար, նշանակում է իրենց է ձեռնտու փողոցը փակ պահելը: Այսինքն իրենք են փողոցը փակել:
Հարցին, թե այսինքն եթե հիմա ոստիկանները ցանկանան տանել աղբարկղերը, կթողնե՞ք, ցուցարարները բացասական պատասխան տվեցին, նշելով. «Դա մեր ինքնապաշտպանությունն է, մենք դրա մասին չենք խոսում»:
Մի խումբ ակտիվիստներ էլ մոտեցան ոստիկանական արգելապատնեշին եւ ցանկություն հայտնեցին վերեւ բարձրանալ, սակայն ոստիկանները թույլ չտվեցին: «Լրատվամիջոցներով տարածել են, որ իբր մենք ենք փակել պողոտան, բայց հիմա դուք թույլ չեք տալիս մեզ անցնել: Այսինքն դուք եք փակել», ասացին ցուցարարները:
Ակտիվիստները ոստիկանների հետ երկար քննարկում էին, թե ով է, ի վերջո, փակել պողոտան:
Քիչ անց նրանց մոտեցավ Երեւանի փոխոստիկանապետ Վալերի օսիպյանը եւ ասաց. «Քանի որ այստեղ ցուցարարների գործողություններն անօրինական է, ոստիկանությունը որոշել է պատնեշ կազմել: Ոստիկանությունն առաջարկել է ցուցարարներին վերադառնալ Ազատության հրապարակ եւ չսահմանափակել քաղաքացիների ազատ տեղաշարժը: Աղբամաններից կազմված բարիկադները կազմել են հավաքի մասնակիցները: Մենք հիմա էլ ենք հորդորում ազատել Բաղրամյան պողոտան, բացել ճանապարհը, վերադառնալ Ազատության հրապարակ, դիմել իրավասու մարմին, ստանալ թույլտվություն եւ երթով բարձրանալ Բաղրամյան պողոտա»:
Օսիպյանը նշեց, որ եթե լինի քաղաքապետարանի համապատասխան թույլտվությունը, ոստիկանությունը թույլ կտա երթով բարձրանալ Բաղրամյան 26: «Առաջին անգամ չէ, որ երթ է տեղի ունենում»,-ընդգծեց նա:
Ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապի եւ լրատվության վարչության պետ Աշոտ Ահարոնյանն էլ առաջարկեց ցուցարարներին աղբամանները վերադարձնել «Սանիտեքին», փոխարենը խոստացավ ուղեփակոցներ տրամադրել որպես պաշտպանության միջոց:
Հարցին, թե ինչպես վստահ լինենք, որ ոստիկանությունը ուժ չի կիրառի, Վալերի օսիպյանն արձագանքեց. «Պաշտոնապես հայտարարում եմ, որ ոստիկանությունը որեւէ մահակ, ձեռնաշղթա չի կիրառի, էլ ուր մնաց ջրցան»:
