Պաշտպանության նախարարությանն ուղղված գրությանս հիման վրա հանդիպեցի ԳՇ ռազմատեղագրական ծառայության պետին` հասկանալու, թե ի՞նչ քարտեզների և իրավական բազայի հիման վրա է իրականացվում դելիմիտացիայի գործընթացը, արդյո՞ք դրա հիմքում ընկած է սովետական շրջանի վերջին դելիմիտացիա/դեմարկացիայի փաստաթուղթը (1984-88 թթ․)։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 11-ին ֆեյսբուքյան գրառմամբ ասել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։

«Խնդրահարույց հարցերը սկսում են քարտեզների և արձանագրությունների գաղտնիության հանգամանքից, ինչը մեղմ ասած, հիմնազուրկ է։ Խիստ վիճարկելի է նաև իշխանության մոտեցումն առ այն, որ թեմայի արծարծումն ինքնին խնդիրներ է առաջացնում բանակցային գործընթացում: Սա այն պարագայում, երբ ադրբեջանցիները նույն քարտեզներին տիրապետում են և ստացվում է, որ գաղտնիության տարրերը տարածվում են բացառապես ՀՀ քաղաքացիների վրա»,-ասել է Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը՝ հավելելով, որ իրեն որևէ հիմնավոր բացատրություն չի տրվել, թե ինչո՞ւ են 1988 թթ․ փաստաթղթերը գաղտնի, և ի՞նչ փաստաթղթի հիման վրա են գաղտնի դիտարկվում։

«Տարօրինակ է, եթե այսօր օրենքի մակարդակով ՀՀ սահմանը գաղտնի չէ, ապա ինչպե՞ս կարող է գաղտնի լինել 1988 թ․ սահմանը։ Մանավանդ, եթե նկատի ունենանք, որ ըստ Փաշինյանի, 1988 թ․ փաստաթղթերը իրավական ուժ չունեն։ Այստեղ տեղին եմ համարում շեշտել, որ 1988 թ․ փաստաթղթերը ուժի մեջ մտնելու վերաբերյալ որևէ հավելյալ դրույթ չեն պարունակում, դրանք ֆիքսել են երկու խոհրդային հանրապետությունների միջև սահմանները քարտեզ-սխեմաների տեսքով, և որ ամենակարևորն է, դրանց հիման վրա անցկացվել է ամբողջ սահմանի դեմարկացիա»,-ասված է գրառման մեջ:

Տիգրան  Աբրահամյանի խոսքով, հաջորդ հանգամանքն այն է, որ  չկա որևէ երաշխիք, որ կոնկրետ թելադրվող հատվածներում ադրբեջանական պատկերացումներով «դելիմիտացիայի» անցկացումից հետո, հնարավոր կլինի սահմանազատում և սահմանագծում իրականացնել բոլոր այն տեղամասերում, որտեղ Ադրբեջանը մխրճումներ ունի:

«Հայաստանի կառավարիչները իրենց միակողմանի զիջումները փորձ են անում «սղցնել» պատերազմի շանտաժի շրջանակներում: Նրանք փորձում են առաջ տանել այն անիմաստ թեզը, թե մենք հանձնում ենք Ադրբեջանի պահանջած հատվածները, որպեսզի ագրեսորի կարգավիճակից դուրս գանք ու հետո լեգիտիմ պահանջներ ներկայացնենք Ադրբեջանին»,-գրել է Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը՝ շեշտելով, որ որ նման մոտեցումը կարող է հանգեցնել միայն Հայաստանի կողմից հետագա զիջումների և, որ  Հայաստանի իշխանությունները Ադրբեջանին են հանձնում այն տարածքները, որոնք դե յուրե, ՀՀ տարածք են:

«Ասածս բխում է ոչ թե քարտեզներից, որոնք ձեռքիս տակ չկան, այլ օրենքի նկարագրական մասից, որն ավելի շատ խոսում է այն մասին, որ դրանք ՀՀ տարածք են, քան հակառակը»,-գրել  է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղարը:
