Քննչական կոմիտեն՝ զինծառայող Նարեկ Նազարյանի սպանության դեպքի մանրամասների վերաբերյալ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության երրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է զինծառայող Նարեկ Նազարյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը:
2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 9-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 10:50-ի սահմաններում, զորամասի մարտական դիրքում պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող Նարեկ Նազարյանը գլխի շրջանում հրազենային վնասվածք է ստացել, և ժամը 13:15-ին, զինվորական հոսպիտալ տեղափոխվելու ճանապարհին, արձանագրվել է նրա կենսաբանական մահը:
Փաստի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացված քննչական և ապացուցողական անհրաժեշտ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են զինծառայողի՝ հրազենային մահացու մարմնական վնասվածք ստանալու հանգամանքները:
Մասնավորապես՝ քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ նույն զորամասի զինծառայող Գ.Ե.-ն, հոկտեմբերի 9-ին՝ ժամը 10:50-ի սահմաններում, գտնվելով մարտական դիրքի կացարանում, վերցրել է նշված զորամասի մեկ այլ զինծառայողին ամրակցված ԱԿՄՆ տեսակի ինքնաձիգը, դրա վրա ամրացրել փամփուշտներով լիցքավորված պահեստատուփ, լիցքավորել և փողն ուղղել ծառայակից Նարեկ Նազարյանի ուղղությամբ: Այդ կապակցությամբ վիճաբանություն է առաջացել նրանց միջև, որի ժամանակ, Գ.Ե.-ն, սեփական անձի առավելությունն ընդգծելու շարժառիթով, կրակոց է արձակել և Ն.Նազարյանին գլխի շրջանում պատճառել հրազենային գնդակային, միջանցիկ գանգուղեղային վնասվածք: Ստացած վնասվածքից վերջինս մահացել է զինհոսպիտալ տեղափոխվելու ճանապարհին:
Ձեռք բերված փաստերի հիման վրա նշված զինծառայողին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Որպես խափանման միջոց նրա նկատմամբ կիրառվել է կալանավորումը:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել են դատարան:
Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
