Էդվարդ Միրզոյանի անվան պատանի կոմպոզիտորների հանրապետական 11-րդ մրցույթին մասնակցելու իրավունք է ստացել 16 ստեղծագործող Հայաստանից, Վրաստանից և Ռուսաստանից:
Հայաստանի կոմպոզիտորների միությունից հայտնում են, որ կրտսեր խմբում հանդես կգան Ալեն Օգանեսովը, Արիանա Ավետիսյանը, Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանը, Գագիկ Ավետիսյանը, Էրիկ Ավագյանը, Հայկ Ջուլհակյանը, Նարեկ Դանիել Շուբինը, Վիլյամ Չիլինգարյանը, իսկ Ավագ խմբում՝ Արեն Աբգարյանը, Գայանե Մխչյանը, Գարիկ Հարությունյանը, Էդգար Մխիթարյանը, Մարիա Հովսեփյանը, Սիրարփի Գաբրիելյանը, Սյուզաննա Աղամալյանը և Վիկտորյա Ուլիխանյանը:
Ժյուրիի կազմում են Հայաստանի կոմպոզիտորների միության նախագահ, Միրզոյանական մրցույթի ժյուրիի նախագահ, ՀՀ արվեստի վաստակավոր գործիչ, Հայրենիքին մատուցած ծառայությունների համար առաջին աստիճանի մեդալակիր, կոմպոզիտոր Արամ Սաթյանը, ՀՀ ժողովրդական արտիստ, Երևանի պատվավոր քաղաքացի, Հայրենիքին մատուցած ծառայությունների համար առաջին աստիճանի մեդալակիր կոմպոզիտոր Մարտին Վարդազարյանը, ՀՀ արվեստի վաստակավոր գործիչ, Երևանի մշակույթի պատվավոր գործիչ, Երևանի Կոմիտասի անվան պետական կոնսերվատորիայի վոկալ տեսական ֆակուլտետի դեկան, Հայաստանի ազգային ֆիլհարմոնիկ նվագախմբի և Ալ. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի դիրիժոր Ռուբեն Ասատրյանը, ՀՀ արվեստի վաստակավոր գործիչ, Երևանի պետական կոնսերվատորիայի ջազ/փոփ երաժշտության ամբիոնի վարիչ, կոմպոզիտոր Նարինե Զարիֆյանը, ՀՀ արվեստի վաստակավոր գործիչ, ՀՀ գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի արվեստի ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, արվեստագիտության դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր, երաժշտագետ Աննա Ասատրյանը, ՀՀ արվեստի վաստակավոր գործիչ, ՀՀ պետական մրցանակի դափնեկիր, կոմպոզիտոր Էդուարդ Հայրապետյանը, Էդվարդ Միրզոյանի անվան պատանի կոմպոզիտորների հանրապետական մրցույթի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար, կոմպոզիտոր Էդմոնդ Մակարյանը:
Մրցութային երկու փուլերը (մայիսի 11,13 ժամը 17:00) տեղի կունենան Հայաստանի կոմպոզիտորների միության համերգասրահում, իսկ գալա համերգն ու մրցանակաբաշխությունը՝ «Առնո Բաբաջանյան» համերգասրահում:
Մրցույթն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության աջակցությամբ և Հայաստանի կոմպոզիտորների միության նախաձեռնությամբ:
