Կրեմլում տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի առանձնազրույցը:
ՌԴ նախագահն իր խոսքում նշել է. «Հարգելի Նիկոլ Վովայի, ևս մեկ անգամ շատ ուրախ եմ ողջունել Ձեզ Մոսկվայում:
Մենք ունեցանք հոբելյանական գագաթնաժողով, լրացավ ԵԱՏՄ-ի տասնամյակը, բոլոր երկրների համար, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի համար դրական նշանակություն ունի համագործակցությունն այդ միջազգային կազմակերպության շրջանակում: Հայաստանի համար առևտրաշրջանառության ավելացումը ԵԱՏՄ երկրների հետ 2015 թվականից զգալի է եղել` 14 անգամ: Ինչ վերաբերում է երկկողմ հարաբերություններին, ապա դրանք ևս զարգանում են հաջողությամբ: Մենք առաջին հերթին ուշադրություն ենք դարձնում տնտեսական համագործակցությանը: Նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում առևտրաշրջանառության աճը զգալի է եղել, ինչը կապված է ձեր կողմից արտահանման աճի հետ մեր երկիր: Առևտրաշրջանառությունը մեր երկրների միջև կազմել է ավելի քան յոթ միլիարդ դոլար, նման ծավալ մեր առևտրատնտեսական կապերում երբեք չի եղել: Իհարկե, կան հարցեր ոչ միայն առևտրաշրջանառության աճի հետ կապված, կան հարցեր, որոնք վերաբերում են տարածաշրջանում անվտանգությանը, այժմ բաց ռեժիմով դրանք չենք քննարկի, բայց կա հնարավորություն ԵԱՏՄ աշխատանքի հարթակում խոսել մեր հարաբերությունների ողջ համալիրի շուրջ, այդ թվում՝ տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության հարցերին անդրադառնալ:

Իր հերթին ՀՀ վարչապետը նշել է. «Շնորհակալություն հարգելի Վլադիմիր Վլադիմիրի: Առաջին հերթին թույլ տվեք շնորհակալություն հայտնել ջերմ հյուրընկալության և Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստը բարձր մակարդակով կազմակերպելու համար: Վերջին անգամ մենք հանդիպել ենք դեկտեմբերին, այս ընթացքում, իհարկե, կուտակվել են հարցեր, որոնք պետք է քննարկել: Իհարկե, տնտեսական հատվածն արդեն քննարկել ենք նիստի ընթացքում, և վստահ եմ, որ այժմ կքննարկենք երկկողմ հարաբերությունների կարևորագույն հարցերը, տարածաշրջանային հարցերը:
