Հայ Դատի գրասենյակը կոչ է արել քայլեր ձեռնարկել Երուսաղեմի հայկական թաղամասի պաշտպանության համար

ՀՅԴ Հայ Դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակը նամակ է հղել ԵՄ-ում և ՆԱՏՕ-ում Իսրայելի ներկայացուցչին, Իսրայելի հետ հարաբերությունների գծով Եվրախորհրդարանի պատվիրակության անդամներին, ԵՄ-ի և Բելգիայի հիմնական հրեական կազմակերպություններին` անդրադառնալով Երուսաղեմի պատմական հայկական թաղամասին սպառնացող տագնապալի վիճակին: Նամակի հասցեատերերին կոչ է արվում օգտագործել իրենց լծակները՝ ճնշում գործադրելու Իսրայելի իշխանությունների վրա, որպեսզի վերջիններս համապատասխան քայլեր ձեռնարկեն և դադարեցնեն Երուսաղեմում խիստ մտահոգիչ և կործանարար զարգացումները։
Երուսաղեմում հայկական ներկայությունը առկա է 4-րդ դարից և ունի պատմական մեծ նշանակություն։ Սակայն,այն ներկայումս վտանգված է ծայրահեղականների, վերաբնակիչների և գործարարների ագրեսիվ գործողությունների պատճառով, որոնք ուզում են յուրացնել թաղամասի մի մասը: Վերջին միջադեպը Ավստրալիայի իսրայելցի գործարար Դենի Ռուբենշտեյնի հետ կապ ունեցող անձանց կողմից հայ համայնքի վրա իրականացված հարձակումն էր, որի հետեւանքով վիրավորվել և ձերբակալվել են հայ բնակիչներ։ Չնայած բողոքներին և պաշտպանության կոչերին՝ Իսրայելի իշխանությունները վճռական քայլեր չեն ձեռնարկել հայկական թաղամասն այս ագրեսիվ ներխուժումներից պաշտպանելու համար։ Նամակին կարող եք ծանոթանալ այստեղ՝ (Letter sent to the Head of the Mission of Israel to the EU and NATO Ambassador H.E. Այս զարգացումների շրջանակներում ՀՅԴ Հայ Դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակը կոչ է անում Իսրայելի իշխանություններին՝ պաշտպանել Երուսաղեմի ստատուս քվոն և ձեռնպահ մնալ Երուսաղեմի ժողովրդագրական կազմը, ինստիտուցիոնալ կառուցվածքը և ֆիզիկական, մշակութային և պատմական բնույթը փոխելուց: Զուգահեռներ անցկացնելով երկու ազգերի՝ հայերի ու հրեաների պատմության ընթացքում կրած տառապանքների միջև, ստիպված լինելով պայքարել ռասայական ատելության դեմ՝ ՀՅԴ Հայ Դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակը ընդգծում է, որ Իսրայելի իշխանությունները պարտավոր են կանխել և հետագայում խուսափել նման դեպքերից Երուսաղեմում։
Որպես ԵՄ քաղաքացիներ՝ ՀՅԴ Հայ Դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակը և նրա հանձնախմբերը Եվրոպայի 14 երկրներում, կոչ են անում ԵՄ շահագրգիռ կողմերին օգտագործել իրենց ազդեցությունը Երուսաղեմում հայկական թաղամասի պահպանման գործում: Անհրաժեշտ է, որպեսզի պահպանվել Երուսաղեմի պատմական թաղամասերը, և Իսրայելը միջոցներ ձեռնարկի՝ կանխելու հայկական թաղամասի ներսում հետագա կործանիչ գործողություններն ու ահաբեկումները։
ՀՅԴ Հայ Դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակը հետևողականորեն շարունակելու է Երուսաղեմի հայ համայնքի իրավունքների և ժառանգության պաշտպանության իր գործունեությունը:
