ԱԳ փոխնախարարը ՆԱՏՕ-ի կենտրոնակայանում քննարկել է հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունները

Մայիսի 7-ին Բրյուսելում ՆԱՏՕ-ի կենտրոնակայանում տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Վահան Կոստանյանի հանդիպումը ՆԱՏՕ-ի մշտական ներկայացուցիչների տեղակալների կոմիտեի (Deputy Permanent Representatives’ Committee-DPRC) հետ։
Իր ելույթում նախարարի տեղակալը արձանագրել է, որ շուրջ երեսուն տարի առաջ Հայաստանի միանալը Հյուսիսատլանտյան Դաշինքի «Գործընկերություն հանուն խաղաղության ծրագրին» կարևոր հիմք է հանդիսացել Հայաստանի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի միջև հետագա համագործակցության զարգացման համար: Վահան Կոստանյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստակամ է խորացնել արդյունքին միտված փոխգործակցությունն ինչպես Դաշինքի, այնպես էլ նրա առանձին անդամ երկրների հետ՝ Հայաստանի պաշտպանական և անվտանգային կարողությունների, ինչպես նաև դիմակայունության բարձրացման ուղղությամբ: Կարևորվել է նաև Հայաստանի մասնակցությունը միջազգային խաղաղապահ առաքելություններին, այդ թվում ՆԱՏՕ-ի առաջնորդությամբ Կոսովոյում ԿՖՈՐ առաքելությանը:
ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Վահան Կոստանյանը ՆԱՏՕ-ի գործընկերներին ներկայացրել է Հարավային Կովկասում անվտանգային իրավիճակը և մարտահրավերները, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացը, այդ թվում՝ 1991թ. Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի հիման վրա սահմանազատման գործընթացի զարգացումները: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև Դաշինքի անդամ Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը:
Տարածաշրջանային տնտեսական փոխկապակցվածության զարգացման համատեքստում Վահան Կոստանյանը ներկայացրել է նաև ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից մշակված «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագիծը և դրա ընձեռած հնարավորությունները:
Մտքեր են փոխանակվել նաև փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող միջազգային անվտանգային խնդիրների շուրջ:
