Միացյալ Նահանգները ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի կարգադրած միջուկային զորավարժությունները սպառնալիք չի համարում, ճեպազրույցում ասել է ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտի մամուլի քարտուղար Մեթյու Միլլերը:
«Ռուսաստանի միջուկային հռետորաբանությունը եղել է անխոհեմ և անպատասխանատու պատերազմի ամբողջ ընթացքում, սակայն մենք հիմք չենք տեսնում փոխելու մեր միջուկային դիրքորոշումը՝ ի պատասխան Ռուսաստանի հայտարարությունների։ Դեռևս նշաններ չկան, որ Ռուսաստանը մտադիր է միջուկային զենք կիրառել Ուկրաինայի դեմ», - ասել է Միլլերը:
Նախօրեին հայտարարվել էր, որ ՌԴ Զինված ուժերի Գլխավոր շտաբը, նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի կարգադրությամբ, սկսել է Հարավային ռազմական օկրուգի և ռազմածովային ուժերի հրթիռային կազմավորումների առաջիկա զորավարժությունների նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները, հայտնել է ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը։
Զորավարժությունների ընթացքում նախատեսվում է, ի թիվս այլնի, մշակել «ոչ ռազմավարական միջուկային զենքի կիրառման հարցեր»։ Զորավարժությունները կանցկացվեն՝ ի պատասխան «արևմտյան պաշտոնյաների սադրիչ հայտարարությունների և սպառնալիքների»։
«Զորավարժություններն ուղղված են ստորաբաժանումների անձնակազմի և տեխնիկայի պատրաստականության ապահովմանը՝ ոչ ռազմավարական միջուկային զենքի մարտական կիրառման համար՝ արձագանքելու և անվերապահորեն ապահովելու Ռուսաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու ինքնիշխանությունը՝ ի պատասխան Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դեմ արևմտյան առանձին պաշտոնյաների սադրիչ հայտարարությունների և սպառնալիքների», - ասվում է ՌԴ ՊՆ-ի մամուլի հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Փետրվարի վերջին Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը չէր բացառել Ուկրաինա արևմտյան զորքեր ուղարկելը, սակայն մի քանի օր անց պարզաբանել էր, որ դեռ մտադիր չէ դա անել։ Վերջերս The Economist-ին տված հարցազրույցում նա կրկին ասել է, որ Կիևի խնդրանքի դեպքում չի բացառում ֆրանսիական զորքերի ուղարկումն Ուկրաինա։
Այսօր՝ մայիսի 6-ին, ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի դեմոկրատական փոքրամասնության առաջնորդ Հակիմ Ջեֆրիսը հայտարարել է, որ ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտությանը կարող է միջամտություն պահանջվել, և չի բացառվում ամերիկյան զորքերի ուղարկումն Ուկրաինա։
