В концертном зале «Арам Хачатурян» «Армгосфилармонии» в Ереване накануне выступил всемирно известный скрипач-виртуоз, заслуженный артист Армении Сергей Хачатрян. Он выступил с Государственным филармоническим оркестром Армении под руководством Эдуарда Топчяна.
Перед исполнением произведения Нарекаци музыкант выступил с небольшой речью, которая вызвала шквал аплодисментов. «В эти трудные времена, которые мы сейчас переживаем, это становится еще более важным. Это произведение, которое идет из нашей исторической Армении. Некоторые люди пытаются забыть или предать забвению нацию с точки зрения ее исторической культуры, истоков. Думаю, что без этого вообще нет смысла существовать как армянину, потому что без нашей истории, без исторической Армении и культуры, которую, мне кажется, можно идентифицировать… Без этих ценностей, во всяком случае, я не буду видеть смысла жить и творить», - заявил Хачатрян.
