Հող հանձնելու հրաման ստորագրածները կոչումներ են ստանալու մայիսի 28-ին․ Արշակ Կարապետյան
POLITICSՀայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության սահմանին գեոդեզիական չափումների հիման վրա՝ կոորդինատների ճշգրտման աշխատանքների շրջանակներում, իրականցվել է նախատեսված աշխատանքների կեսից ավելին՝ տեղադրվել է թվով 35 սահմանային սյուն։ Երկու երկրների փորձագիտական խմբերի աշխատանքները շարունակվում են։
Գործընթացի մութ կողմերի մասին ահանզանգել է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը․ «ՀՀ զինված ուժերն ականազերծումն անում են զինվորական բարձրաստիճան կոչում կրողի բանավոր հրամանի համաձայն, ես դրան տեղյակ եմ։ Դեռ չեմ տալիս այդ հրամանը ստորագրողի անունը, բայց այդ հրամանը ստորագրողն արդեն պատմության մեջ է, որպես դավաճան։ Ինչի հիման վրա է այդ մարդը ստորագրել այդ հրամանը, այստեղ հարց է, կգա ժամանակ բոլորի ազգանունները կհայտնենք։ Կոչումներ ստանալը մայիսի 28-ին կտեսնենք։ Այսքան տարի զինվորական եմ եղել ու չեմ իմացել, որ կարելի է հող հանձնել ու կոչում ստանալ։ Պատկերացնում եք, ինչ է թե հրաման ես կատարել հող հանձնելու, դու կոչում պետք է ստանաս, դե թող վայելեն այդ կոչումները։ Չեմ էլ ուզում այդ արարքին գնահատական տալ։ Կոչումները կստանան, կգնան կնշեն»։
Գեներալ Կարապետյանի խոսքով, բոլոր պարգևատրումներն ընդունողները ևս կիսում են կատարվածի պատասխանատվությունը․ «Գրվելու է չէ՞ ինչի համար է այդ կոչումը ստացել։ Դա հո ուրիշ կերպ չի լինելու, պատմությունը գրելու է, որ այս չորս գյուղը հանձնելու համար այս չորս հոգին ստացան այսինչ կոչումները։ Ես երբեք զինվորականների մասին վատը չեմ խոսում։ Հայաստանը միակ երկիրն է, որտեղ գեներալը կարող է կանգնել ու մեկ այլ գեներալի մասին ինչ-որ բան խոսել լրատվամիջոցներով, ինչ-որ գնահատականներ չեմ տալիս, պատմությունն ամեն բան կարձանագրի»։
Ըստ գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի, միակ տարբերակը Փաշինյանական իշխանության վարած քաղաքականության հետևանքներից խուսափելու, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններին հեռացնելն է և նոր ազգային իշխանություններ ընտրելն է։
