«Ոսկեպար, Բաղանիս, Կիրանց ու Տավուշի այլ համայնքները այս ողջ ընթացքում արեցին ամեն ինչ, որ գործընթացը կանգնեցնեն։ Այս մարդիկ ոչ միայն իրենց տներն էին պաշտպանում, ոչ միայն Տավուշն էին փորձում պաշտպանել, այլև մի ամբողջ պետության ու պետականության կազմաքանդման գործընթացը կասեցումը փորձում էին վերցնել իրենց ուսերի վրա։
Որևէ բան արհեստական կազմակերպված չի եղել։ Այն ինչ այստեղ գեներացվեց, ժամանակը ցույց տվեց, որ անհրաժեշտ է, բայց ոչ բավարար»,- նշեց Պետրոսյանը։
