Տեղատարափ անձրևի հետևանքով 15 րոպեում 2111 ահազանգ է ստացվել․ ՆԳՆ ՓԾ

Տեղատարափ անձրևի հետևանքով մայիսի 3-4-ը ՆԳՆ ՓԾ ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնում ժամը 23։45-ից մինչև 12։00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում 2111 ահազանգ է ստացվել 267 դեպքի վերաբերյալ․ մասնավորապես՝ Երևան քաղաքի Էրեբունի, Կենտրոն, Նորք-Մարաշ, Նոր Նորք, Դավթաշեն և Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջաններում գտնվող շենք-շինություններում, գրասենյակային տարածքներում տեղի են ունեցել ջրալցումներ, փլուզումներ, միաժամանակ բազմաթիվ ահազանգեր են ստացվել ջրի մեջ արգելափակված և խափանված տրանսպորտային միջոցների վերաբերյալ։
ՆԳՆ ՓԾ տնօրեն-ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ, փ/ծ գնդապետ Կամո Ցուցուլյանի հրամանով Փրկարար ծառայության ստորաբաժանումներն անցել են ուժեղացված ծառայության։ Արձագանքման գործընթացում են ներգրավվել ՆԳՆ ՓԾ Երևանի և մարզային փրկարարական վարչությունների ստորաբաժանումների հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներից 20 և ՓՈՒՎ հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի 5 մարտական հաշվարկ․ աշխատանքներին մասնակցել են 121 փրկարարական ծառայող։
Նշված ժամանակահատվածում ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայության ստորաբաժանումերը սպասարկել են 74 դեպք-պատահար, որից 3 դեպք՝ փլուզման (Նոր Արեշի 50-րդ փողոցի մոտ՝ Ողջաբերդ գետի բետոնե հենապատ (50×2 մետր), Նորք-Մարաշ Գ․ Հովսեփյան 20 շենք՝ ցանկապատ (մոտ 20 քմ), Դավիթ Բեկի փողոցի 57 և հարակից տան բաժանարար պարիսպ (մոտ 60 քմ), 4 դեպք՝ ջրի մեջ արգելափակված տրանսպորտային միջոցների (Քրիստափորի, Վարդանանց, Գյուրջյան փողոցներում, Բագրատունյաց պողոտայում՝ կամրջի տակ,) և 67 դեպք՝ բնակելի շենք-շինություններում, գրասենյակային տարածքներում, ավտոտնակներում ջրալցման վերաբերյալ։ Նոր Արեշի 50-րդ փողոցին հարակից տարածքում Ողջաբերդ գետի հենապատի փլուզման ահազանգով դեպքի վայր մեկնած փրկարարները պարզել են, որ հեղեղվել են գետին հարակից տները և փողոցները։
Փրկարարները ձեռքով և քաղաքապետարանի տրամադրած հատուկ տեխնիկայի (տրակտոր) օգնությամբ իրականացրել են գետի հունի մաքրման, երկաթբետոնե կառուցատարրերի տեղափոխման, մոտոպոմպով՝ ջրալցված տներից ջրահեռացման աշխատանքներ, ավազով լցված պարկերով փակել են պատնեշի վնասված հատվածները։ Փրկարարական աշխատանքները շարունակվել են ողջ գիշեր։
Դեպքի վայրում աշխատանքները ղեկավարել է ՆԳՆ ՓԾ տնօրեն-ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ, փ/ծ գնդապետ Կամո Ցուցուլյանը։ Մեկ այլ ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Երևանի Դավիթ Բեկի փողոցի թիվ 57 տան բակը ջրալցվել է, իսկ պարիսպը փլուզվել․ անհրաժեշտ է օգնություն։
Տեղում փրկարարները պարզվել են, որ անձրևաջրերից փլուզվել է թիվ 57 և հարակից տան բաժանարար բետոնե պարիսպը (60 քմ) և լցվել տնամերձ հողատարածք․ գործողությունների անհրաժեշտություն չի առաջացել։ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանում՝ Գ․ Հովսեփյան փողոցի թիվ 20 հասցեում հորդառաձ անձրևի հետևանքով փլուզվել է ցանկապատ (մոտ 20 քմ)՝ վնասելով գազատար խողովակը․ առաջացել է գազի արտահոսք։ Հրշեջ-փրկարարներն իրականացրել են հերթապահություն՝ մինչ գազի վթարային ծառայության աշխատակիցների մոտենալը։
Գրանցված մյուս ահազանգերով տեղում փրկարարներն իրականացրել են ջրահեռացման և ավտոմեքենաների դուրսբերման աշխատանքներ։ Փրկարարական և անհետաձգելի վթարավերականգնողական աշխատանքներում կիրառվել են մոտոպոմպեր, փրկարարական այլ տեխնիկա։
Նախնական տվյալներով ջրալցումների արդյունքում զոհեր և տուժածներ չկան։ Աշխատանքները շարունակվում են:
