«ՀայաՔվե» նախաձեռնությունը ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզում ոստիկանության զորքերի կողմից Կիրանց գյուղի «գրավման» մասով հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել դատախազությունը։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց նախաձեռնության համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։
 
Նշենք, որ «ՀայաՔվե» նախաձեռնությունը դատախազության դիմաց նաև իրազեկման ակցիա է իրականացնում։ Քաղաքացիները ձեռքերում պահում են պաստառներ` «Հանցակից մի՛ դարձեք», «Ապահովե՛ք ազատ տեղաշարժի իրավունքը» և այլ գրառումներով։
 
«Երեկ ոստիկանական զորքերը փաստացի գրավել էին Կիրանց գյուղը և մեր կարծիքով` այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում, բազմաթիվ կետերով խախտում է ոչ միայն Սահմանադրությունը, այլև Քրեական օրենսգիրքը։ Մենք մեկ օրվա ընթացքում մեր գործընկեր փաստաբանների հետ միասին փորձել ենք արձանագրել այն հանացագործությունները, որոնք առավել ակնհայտ են ու ներկայացնել դատախազություն։ Այսօր դիմումները մուտք ենք արել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 3 հոդվածով` լրագրողների աշխատանքի ոչ իրավաչափ արգելքի, քաղաքացիների ազատ տեղաշարժի սահմանափակման, ոստիկանության կողմից անհամաչափ և բիրտ ուժի կիրառման հիմքերով»,– ասաց Չալաբյանը։
 
Նախաձեռնության համակարգողը շեշտեց` դատախազությունը 5 օր ունի դիմումը վարույթ ընդունելու համար, իսկ եթե դա տեղի չունենա, այլ գործողությունների կդիմեն։
Նա ընդգծեց, որ այդ հոդվածները եզակի չեն լինելու և առաջիկա օրերին կփորձեն արձանագրել հանցագործության նաև այլ տարրեր։
 
Լրագրողների այն դիտարկմանը, որ երեկ Կիրանցի մոտակայքից ԶԼՄ–ների տեսախցիկներ են հեռացվել, քաղաքացիներին նույնպես թույլ չեն տալիս նկարել, Չալաբյանը շեշտեց` դա սահմանադրական կարգի տապալում է` առանձին Կիրանցի տարածքում։
«Ներկայում ստացվել է այնպես, որ Կիրանց բնակավայրն ապրում է ոչ թե ՀՀ օրենքներով, այլ ուղղակի ադրբեջանական օկուպացիայի տակ է։ Խնդիրն ուղղակի կայանում է նրանում, որ, այնուամենայնիվ, այդ օկուպացիան արել են ոչ թե ադրբեջանական ուժերը, այլ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը` Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ–ի հանձնարարությամբ»,– ասաց Չալաբյանը։
Հիշեցնենք` Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանազատման հարցերով հանձնաժողովներն ապրիլի 19-ին պայմանավորվել են սահմանազատումը սկսել Տավուշի մարզից։ Սահմանագծի տվյալ հատվածների նկարագրությունը կազմվելու է` հաշվի առնելով տեղանքում գեոդեզիական չափումների արդյունքում կատարված կոորդինատների հստակեցումը, որը պետք է ավարտվի մինչև 2024 թ. մայիսի 15-ը:
 
ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմը հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջանն այս ամենի արդյունքում 2.5 գյուղ է ստանում, իսկ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը` անվտանգային ռիսկերի նվազեցում։ Կիրանց գյուղի հատվածում ճանապարհի մի քանի հարյուր մետրանոց հատվածի փոփոխություն կարվի, իսկ Ոսկեպարը ճանապարհի խնդիր չի ունենա։ Սահմանազատումից հետո չորս գյուղերի հատվածում զինված ուժերը հետ կքաշվեն և իրենց տեղը կզիջեն սահմանապահ զորքերին:
 
Տավուշի սահմանամերձ գյուղերի բնակիչներն ապրիլի 19-ից բողոքի ակցիաներ են անում Հայաստան-Վրաստան միջպետական ճանապարհին: Նրանք դեմ են սահմանազատման այն տարբերակին, որը համաձայնեցրել են Երևանն ու Բաքուն։
 
Չնայած այդ ամենին` հայ–ադրբեջանական սահմանին արդեն 35 սահմանային սյուն է տեղադրվել։
 
Արդեն 2-րդ օրն է` փակ են Կիրանց գյուղի 2 մուտքերը (Սարիգյուղի և Ոսկեպարի կողմից)։ Այդ հատվածում ներկայում մեծաթիվ ոստիկաններ են բերվել։
