Սիսիանում նռնակի պայթյունի հետևանքով մարմնական վնասվածքներ է ստացել նույն համայնքի անչափահաս բնակիչը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սիսիանի քննչական բաժնում քննություն է իրականացվում՝ պայթյունի հետևանքով Սիսիան համայնքի 14–ամյա անչափահաս բնակչի կողմից մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստանալու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
2024թ․ մայիսի 1-ին՝ ժամը 14։08–ին, «Սիսիանի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ–ից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ անհայտ առարկայի պայթյունի հետևանքով ստացած տարբեր մարմնական վնասվածքներով իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Սիսիան համայնքի 14–ամյա բնակիչը։
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 335–րդ հոդվածի 1–ին մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 11։40–ի սահմաններում, հիշյալ անչափահասը իրենց տան տանիքից գտել է հանգուցյալ պապի կողմից դեռևս 1991թ․ ԼՂ-ի տարածքից բերված նռնակի պայթուցիչը, տեղափոխել ավտոտնակի մոտ և, չհասկանալով, թե ինչ է, ցանկացել է հանել պայթուցիչի օղակը։ Արդյունքում՝ տեղի է ունեցել պայթյուն, որի հետևանքով 14–ամյա տղան ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածքներ։
Վարույթի շրջանակներում նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ։
Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել է նռնակի պայթուցիչի լծակ և պայթուցիչի հարվածական մեխանիզմ՝ դանդաղեցուցիչով։
ՀՀ ոստիկանության համապատասխան բաժնին հանձնարարություն է տրվել՝ ձեռնարկել անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
