Հայաստանի հերթական հակառուսական քայլն արվել է երեկ։ Արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Ուկրաինայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Դմիտրի Կուլեբայի հետ:
Նրանք քննարկել են երկկողմ հարաբերությունների օրակարգին և քաղաքական երկխոսությանն առնչվող հարցեր, անդրադարձել են նաև տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակին։ Զրույցից հետո Ուկրաինայի արտգործնախարարը գրառում է արել և նշել, թե քննարկվել են Ուկրաինայում և Հարավային Կովկասում անվտանգային իրավիճակի դինամիկան, պայմանավորվել են արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների միջև քաղաքական խորհրդակցություններ անցկացնել՝ փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերի լայն շրջանակների շուրջ։
Հայաստանի և Ուկրաինայի իշխանությունների նման մտերմիկ զրույցներն իհարկե լրջորեն մտահոգում են Ռուսաստանին, նախկինում էլ Հայաստանն Ուկրաինայի հարցում հակառուսական դիրքորոշումներ է ձևակերպել։ Փաշինյանն էլ տարբեր հարցազրույցներում հայտարարել է, թե Ուկրաինայի դեմ պատերազմում Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի դաշնակիցը չէ, Աննա Հակոբյանն էլ Կիև էր մեկնել՝ իր հետ հումանիտար օգնություն տանելով։
Եվ այժմ Արարատ Միրզոյանն ու նրա շեֆը կրկին սրում են իրավիճակը։ Պատահական չէ , որ հենց հեռախոսազրույցից հետո կրեմլամերձ «Կոմերսանտ» պարբերականը հոդված հրապարակեց 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ղրիմի կամուրջի պայթեցման մասին, նշելով, որ ըստ քննիչների տվյալների՝ օգտագործվել է կոշտ հրթիռային վառելիք, որը թաքնված է եղել պոլիէթիլենային փաթեթների մեջ. հատուկ նշվում է, որ բեռը Վրաստանի միջոցով տեղափոխել են Փոթի, ապա՝ Երևան, որտեղ փոխարինել են փաստաթղթերի մի մասը, դրանից հետո էլ այդ պայթուցիկ նյութը տեղափոխվել է Ռուսաստան և պայթեցվել Ղրիմի կամուրջի վրա։
Փաստաթղթերի փոխարինման վերաբերյալ «Կոմերսանտի» այս մեղադրանքը վկայում է այն մասին, որ Ռուսաստանը բավականին լուրջ է տրամադրված և չի բացառվում, որ ընդհուպ քրեական գործեր հարուցվեն՝ մեղադրանքների սլաքն ուղղելով Հայաստանի ուղղությամբ։
