Բլինքենն ուշադիր հետևում է վրաստանյան զարգացումներին

ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտի խոսնակ Մեթյու Միլլերն ասել է, որ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենը «շատ ուշադիր հետևում է» Վրաստանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններին, հայտնում է «Ալիք մեդիան»։
Լրագրողների այն հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք պետքարտուղար Բլինքենը վերահսկում է Վրաստանում «գործակալների օրենքի» դեմ բողոքի ցույցերը և օրենքի շուրջ զարգացումները, մամուլի խոսնակ Միլլերն ասել է. «Հավատացեք ինձ, նա շատ ուշադիր հետևում է… չնայած նա ճանապարհորդում է տարբեր երկրներ, պարբերաբար թարմացումներ է ստանում»:
Լրագրողի այն հարցին, թե ե՞րբ ԱՄՆ-ը կհայտարարի Վրաստանի նկատմամբ «քաղաքականության փոփոխության» մասին, քանի որ մինչ այժմ արված հայտարարությունները «բավարար չեն», Միլլերը կրկնել է, որ, ինչպես նշվել է այլ հայտարարություններում, ԱՄՆ-ը «խորապես մտահոգված է» օրինագծի ընդունմամբ:
«Այն դեռևս օրինագծի տեսքով է, և ես չեմ պատրաստվում մեկնաբանել կոնկրետ արձագանքը, որը մենք կարող ենք ունեն, բայց կարծում եմ, որ մենք շատ հստակ ասել ենք, թե որքան մտահոգ ենք»:
Ի դեպ, ԱՄՆ դեսպան Ռոբին Դաննիգանը երեկ ասել էր, որ Վրաստանի կառավարության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները մերժել են ԱՄՆ այցի հրավերը:
Վրաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը (ԱԳՆ) հայտնել է, որ Վրաստանի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին ամերիկացի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները հրավիրել են «վերապահումներով», ինչը «չի համապատասխանում գործընկերության ոգուն»։
Ուշագրավ է, որ Թբիլիսիում իրավիճակը շարունակում է լարված մնալ: Մայիսի 2-ին, Հերոսների հրապարակում «գործակալների մասին օրենքի» դեմ բողոքող ցուցարարները փակել էին նաև Թամար թագուհու կամուրջն ու պողոտան, Քուռ գետի աջ և ձախ ափերի գլխավոր ճանապարհը: Երթևեկությունը ժամեր շարունակ կաթվածահար էր:
Հիշեցնենք, վերջին 2 շաբաթվա ընթացքում Թբիլիսիում շարունակական, լայնածավալ բողոքի ցույցեր են ընթանում ընդդեմ «ռուսական օրենք» անվամբ հայտնի «գործակալների մասին օրենքի»։ Իշխանությունը ջրցան մեքենաներ, արցունքաբեր գազ, «պղպեղի սփրեյ» և ռետինե փամփուշտներ է օգտագործում խաղաղ ցուցարարների դեմ։ Մայիսի 1-ին խորհրդարանի մոտ տեղի ունեցած ցույցի ժամանակ տուժել է 11 մարդ, որոնցից 8-ը տեղափոխվել են կլինիկա։ Մայիսի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը Թբիլիսիում խորհրդարանի շենքի մոտ տեղի ունեցած ընդդեմ «գործակալների մասին օրենքի» ցույցերի ժամանակ 15 մարդ է հոսպիտալացվել։
«Վրացական երազանքը» մայիսի 1-ի լիագումար նիստում երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ ընդունել է «ռուսական օրենքը»։
