Հայաստանը մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության առումով հպարտանալու առիթ չունի: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 3-ին, ԱԺ-ում հայտարարեց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արթուր Խաչատրյանը ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ի զեկույցի քննարկման ժամանակ։

«Նայեք իրավապաշտպան միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հայտարարությունները, «Freedom House»-ն այս առումով շատ հետաքրքիր է։ Ես հասկանում եմ, որ «Freedom House»-ից ոմանց մոտ կարող է ալերգիկ քոր սկսվել, բայց շատ հետաքրքիր գնահատական է տվել՝ 3,07: 2,99-ը դիկտատուրա է, այսինքն ընդամենը 0,7 միավորով է Հայաստանը բարձր այդ շեմից: Հիմա կասեն՝ 3,07-ը նշանակում է, որ մենք անցումային ժողովրդավարություն ենք, բայց եթե թվերը կոմպոնենտների բաժանենք, կտեսնենք, որ այդ շեմը հաղթահարել է 4,25-ը, որովհետև այդքան միավոր ստացել է քաղաքացիական հասարակությունը:

Եթե 4,25-ը մի քիչ նվազեցնեք, ապա կտեսնեք, որ Հայաստանը, որը ոգևորությամբ իրեն հռչակել էր ժողովրդավարության բաստիոն, անցումային դիկտատուրա է»,- հայտարարեց Խաչատրյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ իշխանությունները քրեականացրել են այսպես կոչված «ծանր հայհոյանքը», հետո հետ բերել և հիմա դարձյալ քրեականացնում է՝ այլ անուններով։

«Քերականացնում եք, Նարեկ Սամսոնյանի և Վաղգեն Սաղաթելյանի վրա ինչ հոդված էլ դրած լինեք, այն խորքի մեջ հայհոյանքի քրեականացումն է, և որպեսզի մյուսներին դաս լինի, Նարեկ Սամսոնյանը բերման է ենթարկվել բռնի ուժի կիրառմամբ, ինչպես նաև՝ մեր այլ հայրենակիցները»։

Նա հայտնեց, որ «Freedom House»-ը և ԱՄՆ Պետքարտուղարությունն ուշադրություն են դարձրել բռնի ուժ կիրառելու հանգամանքին։

«Մարդուն ձերբակալել եք, ձեռնաշղթաները հագցրել եք, նա չի կարող այլևս դիմադրություն ցույց տալ, բայց սադիզմի ոգով տոգորված ժողովրդական ոստիկանները կամ քննիչները մարդկանց ստորացնում են»,- ասաց պատգամավորը։

Անդրադառնալով իշխանական պատգամավորի հետ հասարակական տրանսպորտում միջադեպ ունեցած երիտասարդի՝ Սամվել Վարդանյանի դեպքում՝ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը նշեց, որ կարծում է՝ դա սև խարան է այս իշխանություների վրա։

«Ուղեկցող ոստիկանները Զեյթունում դուրս են գալիս, իբրև թե զուգարան փողոցում, որը բավական հակաէսթեթիկ ու զզվելի է, երեք դիմակավորված անձինք կամ առարկաներ, այդ տղայի նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական բռնություն և ստորացում են իրականացնում: Գտե՞լ եք այդ մարդկանց, իհարկե չեք գտել, ոնց կարող է գտնեք»,-ասաց Խաչատրյանը:
