Կիրանցում գիշերը նույն վիճակին է եղել, ճանապարհը փակ է եղել, էլի ոչ ոքի թույլ չեն տվել մտնել գյուղ։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը։

«Մինչև լուսադեմ դեռ չէին թողնում մտնենք գյուղ, քիչ հետո փորձելու ենք գնալ, հանդիպել գյուղացիներին, հետագա մեր գործողությունների մասին արդեն տեղում կասենք»,- ասաց նա։

Խոսելով ոստիկանական ուժերի քանակի մասին՝ նա ասաց, որ անթիվ-անհամար ոստիկաններ են բերել տարբեր տեղերից։

«Անգամ Գորիսից, Բաղրամյանի տարածաշրջանից, Գյումրիից, Արմավիրի մարզից, որտեղից ասես ոստիկան են բերել, ամբողջ ոստիկանական համակարգն այսօր Կիրանցում է, և ոչ միայն ոստիկանական, այլ նաև ռազմական ոստիկանությունից, այլ ստորաբաժանումներից կան։ Այսինքն՝ մի փոքր գյուղի համար ամբողջ հանրապետությունն իր ողջ ուժային համակարգը բերել է։

Տարբեր գործունեությամբ են զբաղվում՝ ահաբեկում են, վախեցնում, բռնություններ գործադրում։ Երեկ տեսաք՝ անչափահաս երեխաներին ծեծելով, ջարդելով ոստիկանական բաժանմունք տարան։ Որտեղից որ տարել են, մարդկանց սեփականությունն է հանդիսանում, թղթով իրենց է պատկանում»,- ասաց նա։

Պատգամավորը նշեց, որ երեկվանից Կիրանցում արդեն սկսել են ականազերծման աշխատանքները։

«Ականները գյուղի շրջակա դաշտերում են, դրանք են ականազերծում»,- ասաց նա։

Ինչ վերաբերում է սահմանազատման քարերի տեղադրմանը, Դանիելյանն ասաց, որ դրան դեռ շուտ է։

«Որտե՞ղ են դնելու այդ քարերը, գյուղի կեսը հանձում են։ Սա սահմանազատում չի է, գյուղը հանձնվում է Ադրբեջանին։ Դա իրենք են ասում, թե սահմանազատում է։ Կիրանց գյուղի կեսը հանձնում են Ադրբեջանին, այն մի կեսն էլ գրեթե հանձնվում է, էլ մարդ չի մնալու այնտեղ, գյուղը գաղթական է դառնալու ու ոչ միայն գյուղը, տարածաշրջանն է հայաթափվելու, մարդ չի մնալու այստեղ կողքի գյուղերով անմիջապես մի քանի օր հետո մարդիկ իրենց իրերը հավաքելու են ու գնան»,- նկատեց նա։

Դանիելյանը շեշտեց, որ պայքարը պետք է հանրապետության բոլոր մարզերով, քաղաքներով ու մայրաքաղաք Երևանով շարունակվի։

Հիշեցնենք, որ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի գրասենյակի հայտարարությունից հետո, թե Տավուշում սահմանազատման աշխատանքներ սկսելու հարցում Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել, տավուշեցիները միչպետական ճանապարհը փակել են՝ այդպիսով արտահայտելով իրենց անհամաձայնությունը։

Տևական ժամանակ է Կիրանց գյուղի ճանապարհն են բնակիչները փակել՝ թույլ չտալով ականազերծման աշխատանքներ իրականացնել, սակայն ոստիկանական մեծ ուժեր կենտրոնացնելուց հետո, երեկ հաջողվել է Կիրանցում ականազերծման աշխատանքները սկսել։ Նշենք, որ գյուղի կեսը սահմանազատումից հետո անցնելու է Ադրբեջանին։
