Արհմիություններ՝ անցյալի մնացո՞ւկ, թե՞ աշխատողների իրավունքների պաշտպաններ
VIDEOՀայաստանում աշխատանքային իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը հաճախ քննարկվող հարց է:
Աշխատանքային իրավունքների շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը հակասական բնույթ ունի, ինչը հիմնականում վերագրվում է արհմիությունների անբավարար աշխատանքին: Արհմիություններն աշխատանքային իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն ապահովող հիմնական մարմիններն են, իսկ այդ իրավունքները հաճախ խախտվում են:
Հայաստանի արհմիությունների կոնֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Էլեն Մանասերյանը ևս փաստում է, որ ոլորտում առկա են մի շարք խնդիրներ, բայց հետևողական աշխատանքի արդյունքում հնարավոր է լուծել առկա բացերը. «Ես չեմ ուզում տոնենք այդ օրը, որովհետև մենք վաղուց աշխատանքային իրավահարաբերություններում տոնելու որպես էդպիսի բան չունենք: Բայց ես ուզում եմ, որ մենք ևս մեկ անգամ այս օրը փաստենք, որ այն երկրներում որոնք ձգտում են ունենալ ժողովրդավարություն, էդտեղ պետք է լինեն արհմիություններ»:
Հայաստանում ամենամեծ արհմիության ոլորտը կրթության, գիտության ճյուղային հանրապետական միությանն է պատկանում, իսկ եթե խոսենք ընդհանրապես ընկերությունների մասով, ապա մոտ 100%-ոց արհմիութենական անդամակցություն կա հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում, մասնավորապես` Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատում:
Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ ՓԲԸ արհեստակցական ընկերության նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը հայտնեց, որ ընդամենը 9-ը աշխատակից ունեն, որ չեն անդամակցում ԶՊՄԿ-ի արհմիությանը․ «Մեր գործունեությունն ուղղված է ընդհանուր հիմնարկության բարօրրությանը, ընդհակառակը ես որպես արհմիության նախագահ իմ փորձով կարող եմ ասել, որ բավականին սերտ հարաբերություններ ունենք գործատուի հետ, փոխըմբռնման մթնոլորտում է կատարվում բոլոր քննարկումները և, ասեմ ավելին,որ մենք մեր գործունեությամբ նույնիսկ օգնում ենք մեր գործատուին՝ առողջ կոլեկտիվ, լավ պայմաններ, աշխատանքի անվտանգություն ունենալ, որպեսզի ավելի լավ վիճակում լինենք»:
