Ռուսաստանը կարող է պատժամիջոցներ մտցնել

Եկող շաբաթ Մոսկվայում կայանալիք արարողություններին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի չմասնակցելը Ռուսաստանը դիտելու է անձնական վիրավորանք և համապատասխան միջոցներ է ձեռնարկելու։
Մայիսի 7-ին կայանալու է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի երդմնակալության արարողությունը, մայիսի 8-ին` ԵԱՏՄ հոբելյանական գագաթնաժողովը, որտեղ պետք է նախագահի Հայաստանը, մայիսի 9-ին էլ` Հաղթանակի շքերթը։ Ինչպես ավելի վաղ նշել ենք, Արևմուտքի պահանջով Փաշինյանը երդմնակալության արարողությանը չի մեկնելու, գնալու է միայն մայիսի 8-ի ԵԱՏՄ նիստին, իսկ արդեն մայիսի 9-ին` չմասնակցելով Հաղթանակի շքերթին, լինելու է Երևանում։
Մոսկովյան մեր աղբյուրները հայտնում են, որ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին զգուշացրել է, թե նման վերաբերմունք դրսևորելու դեպքում, պարզապես չի բացառվում, որ ԵԱՏՄ գագաթնաժողովում Ռուսաստանն ու նրա դաշնակիցները որոշում կայացնեն Հայաստանի նկատմամբ տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու մասին, ընդհուպ հայտարարեն Վերին Լարսը փակելու, Հայաստանից գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքների արտահանումը դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ։
ԵԱՏՄ-ն նաև պատժամիջոցների մի ամբողջ կոմպլեքս ունի, որն անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կարող է կիրառել ոչ միայն կազմակերպության անդամների, այլև օտար երկրների նկատմամբ և, Փաշինյանի քայլը սպառնում է այդ պատժամիջոցների ողջ փաթեթի կիրառում Հայաստանի նկատմամբ։
Հատկապես հիմա` գյուղատնտեսության բերքահավաքի ամենաբուռն շրջանում, Ռուսաաստանի կողմից նման քայլը լրջագույն վնաս է հասցնելու Հայաստանի իշխանություններին, որոնք էլ վերջին օրերին տենդագին փնտրտուքների մեջ են, հանդիպումներ են ունենում հատկապես արաբական երկրների հետ՝ փորձելով գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքը ինչ-ինչ մեթոդներով, անգամ Իրանի տարածքով, հասցնել արաբական երկրներ։
Սիրելի Եվրոպան բնավ ցանկություն չունի ընդունելու հայկական գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքն ու սննդամթերքը, քանի որ դրանք չեն համապատասխանում եվրոպական չափորոշիչներին։
