Գիտենք՝ փոփոխություններն անհրաժեշտություն են, հատկապես՝ քաղաքական հարթակում, և զարգացման հիմք են հանդիսանում, բայց միայն այն պարագայում, երբ պահպանվում են հին արժեքները։ Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում հայտարարեց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանը։
«Փաստ է և ոչ ոք չի կարող հերքել, որ այս իշխանության օրոք նախկին բոլոր արժեքները, առաջին հերթին՝ Հայաստան-Արցախ ինտեգրված համակարգը և մնացած բոլոր արժեքները, ոտնահարվեցին, իսկ թերությունները՝ կրկնապատկվեցին։ Երկիրը ներքաշվեց պատերազմի մեջ, անհաջողությունների շղթան այսօր էլ շարունակվում է։ Դա է հիմք հանդիսանում, որ որպես ընդդիմություն մենք քննադատում ենք ձեզ, իսկ դուք քննադատում եք անցյալը։ Անցյալում ձեզնից ոմանք եղել են այդ արժեքների կրողներից մեկը, իսկ շատ շատերը ոչինչ են եղել, իսկ այսօր դուք ոչնչացրել եք ամեն ինչ»,- ասաց նա։
Իշխանական պատագամավորներին դուր չեկավ Օհանյանի այս հայտարարությունը և նրանք տեղից սկսեցին արձագանքել, սակայն նիստը վարող Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը լռելու կոչ արեց։ Օհանյանն էլ նշեց, որ չի ցանականում արձագանքել այդ ջղաձգումներին, ապա ավելացրեց, որ հասկանում է՝ մարդիկ են, որոնք ուզում են ցույց տալ, որ տղամարդկային արժեքներ ունեն, տարբեր փողոցային արտահայտություններով, փողոցային պահվածքով, ինչն անընդունելի է։ Նա նշեց, որ իրենց մոտ ժպիտ են առաջացնում կեցվածքները, որոնք տրիբունայում դրսևորում են ոմանք և որոշակի ծաղրածուական տեսակետ են արտահայտում։
«Խոսում ենք խաղաղության մասին, բոլորն են ձգտում խաղաղության, դրանք լոկ խոսքեր չպետք է լինեն, այլ արժանապատիվ խաղաղության շրջանակներում։ Պետք է անհապաղ բեկում մտցնել սահամանազատում-սահմանագծում գործընթացի մեջ, կամ սահմանագծման ու սահմանազատման փոխարեն միակողմանի զիջումների մեջ, կասեցնել, դանդաղեցնել և իրական սահմանագծում ու սահմանազատում իրականացնել։
Պետք է ներկայացնել միջազգային հանրությանն ու Ադրբեջանին, որ սահմանազատումն ու սահամանգծումը պետք է իրականցվեն համապատասխան սկզբունքներով ու հերթականությամբ, դրա արդյունքը չի կարող հանդիսանալ հետագա ապակայունացման, լարվածության աղբյուր, դրա հատվածական իրականացումը միակողմանի զիջումները, սահամանմերձ բնակչության իրավունքների ոտնահարումը, այն, ինչ այսօր իրականացվում է, հետագայում դրա վտանգները տեսնելու ենք»,- ասաց նա։
