«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Gorodche.ru-ն «Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Էրդողանը Անդրկովկասում սահմանում է իր կանոնները» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ աշխարհի քաղաքական քարտեզն աստիճանաբար նոր ձևեր է ստանում, և դա տեղի է ունենում ոչ միայն Արևել յան Եվրոպայում, այլ նաև Անդրկովկասյան տարածաշրջանում։ Աշխարհի քաղաքական առաջնորդները դա հասկանում են, բայց ոչ բոլոր մարդիկ են հասկանում: Համենայն դեպս, Հայաստանում այդ հարցում հստակ կարծիք չկա, չնայած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա ընկերների ջանքերին:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած կաբինետի քաղաքական և դիվանագիտական որակները ոչ միայն հեռու են սովորական ստանդարտներից, այլ նաև, կարծես, Անդրկովկասի այդ ամենափոքր հանրապետության վարչապետն իր ենթակաների համար նվազագույն խնդիր է դրել՝ զրկել Հայաստանը քաղաքական անկախությունից։ Առավելագույն խնդրի մասին ավելի լավ է նրբանկատորեն լռել, քանի որ տարածքային խնդիրները մեր ժամանակներում շատ զգայուն թեմաներ են։ Ավելին, ոչ ոք առանձնապես հույս էլ չունի, որ Փաշինյանը կկարողանա նույնիսկ ամենափոքր քաղաքական հրաշքն իրականացնել։
Նա բոլորովին այլ խնդիրներ ունի։ Իսկ հարևան Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը, կարծես, շատ լավատես է և շատ ինքնավստահ։ Թուրք առաջնորդի խոսքով, Հարավային Կովկասում ներկայում ոչ միայն քաղաքական իրավիճակի փոփոխության գործընթաց է, այլ նաև այդ տարածաշրջանում նոր կարգեր են հաստատվում, և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ըստ Էրդողանի, դա հիանալի հասկանում է: Թուրքիայի նախագահն էլ ավելի հեռուն է գնում իր հայտարարություններում: Նա կարծում է, որ եկել է գործելու ժամանակը՝ հիմնվելով մեր ժամանակի իրողությունների վրա, այլ ոչ թե դիմել անցյալին, առավել ևս՝ հնարած պատմություններին։
Ի՞նչ է դա նշանակում ընդհանրապես տարածաշրջանի և մասնավորապես Հայաստանի համար։ Ցավոք, ոչ մի լավ բան, և դա լավ են հասկանում և՛ Անկարայում, և՛ Երևանում։ Ռեջեփ Էրդողանն իր վերջին հարցազրույցում խոսել է հայերի և Հայաստանի համար, այսպես կոչված, «պայծառ վաղվա» մասին, դա, իհարկե, իր՝ Ռեջեփ Էրդողանի ընկալմամբ։ Բայց դա լուսավոր վաղվա օր չի կարելի անվանել՝ հատկապես հաշվի առնելով այն, որ ամենաշատը տարածաշրջանային նավակը ճոճում են Երևանի պաշտոնյաները, այլ ոչ թե Բաքուն կամ Անկարան։ Բայց չէ՞ որ կային այլ հնարավորություններ...
