Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները շարունակում են սահմանազատում և սահմանագծում իրականացնել՝ չկարողանալով որևէ երաշխիք տալ հանրությանը, որ այդ գործընթացը կարող է անվտանգություն ապահովել, ընդ որում, իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչներն այդ մասին խոստովանում են նույնիսկ միջազգային լրատվամիջոցներին տված հարցազրույցներում։

Արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը «Ալ Ջազիրա» համաարաբական հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է, թե հարևանները դեռ դժկամություն են ցուցաբերում Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրին հստակ և միանշանակ հղում անելու հարցում։

Ըստ Միրզոյանի՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները բազմիցս հղում են արել այս հռչակագրին, բայց Ադրբեջանից նման մղումներ առանձնապես չեն նկատվում։

Այն, որ Ադրբեջանն ընդամենը 2 տարվա ընթացքում մեկ-երկու անգամ է հիշատակել Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագիրը, այն էլ դժկամությամբ, ակնհայտ է բոլորի համար, բայց Հայաստանի իշխանությունների նման տարօրինակ պահվածքը շատ ավելի անհեթեթ է, երբ որևէ երաշխիք չունենալով իրականացնում են սահմանազատում և սահմանագծում, ընդհուպ մարդկանց տները և կենսական տարածքները նվիրում Ադրբեջանին, հետո էլ զարմանում, որ թշնամին իրենց լուրջ չի վերաբերվում։

Նույնպիսի մի հայտարարություն էլ երեկ Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանն է արել Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում։

«Չեմ կարող 100% երաշխավորել, որ լավ կլինի, բայց եթե չանենք այն, ինչ անում ենք, ամեն ինչ շատ վատ կլինի»,- հայտարարել է Ռուբինյանը։

Ըստ էության՝ գործող իշխանությունն ինքն է խոստովանում, որ պարզապես կատարում են թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի պահանջներն անմռունչ, առանց քննարկելու, հուսալով այդ կերպ երկարաձգել սեփական իշխանությունը, հընթացս էլ բռնություններ կիրառելով սեփական ժողովրդի նկատմամբ։
