Այսօր եկել ենք, որ իրենց զգուշացնենք՝ այնպես չէ, որ մեկ ամիս ձայն չենք հանել ուրեմն իրենց խաբեություններին զոհ ենք գնացել, չկարծեն՝ քնած ենք, մենք քնած չենք, մինչև վերջ գնալու ենք, գործը պետք է բացահայտվի։
Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց կառավարության դիմաց բողոքի ակցիա իրականացնող Ազատ գյուղի զինվորական կացարանում հրդեհից զոհված զինծառայողներից Հայկ Կիրակոսյանի հայրը։
«Ուզեն, թե չուզեն այս հարցին պետք է լուծում տալ, չտվեցին՝ ուրիշ միջոցների ենք դիմելու։ Եթե ինքը իր էշ հալով բոլորին էշի տեղ է դրել, դա չի նշանակում որ մարդիկ հավատալու են իր ասած վարկածին։
Ի՞նչ են ասելու։ Ասելու են գործը դատարանում է, բայց դատարանը բացի պաշտոնական վարկածն առաջ հրելուց ի՞նչ է անում, ժամանակ է ձգում մեր ու ժողվրդի աչքերին թոզ փչելու համար։ Մենք ինչ փաստեր, փաստարկներ դնում ենք իրենց առաջ, շրջանցում են։ Դատավարության ընթացքում մեկի ասածը մյուսի հետ չի բռնում, բոլորը հակասություններ են։ Ո՞վ է բերելու հարցնի՝ ինչի՞ եք տարբեր բաներ ասում, երբ երկուսդ էլ նույն պահին նույն տեղն եք եղել»,- ասաց նա։
Մարտիրոսյանի խոսքով՝ ուղղորդումը սկսել է վարչապետի առաջին օրվա ելույթից, երբ հունվարի լույս 19-ի գիշերը դեպքը տեղի ունեցավ, 19-ի առավոտը ինքը ելավ ծածկեց։
«15 երիտասարդ տղա՝ ուղեղները աշխատում էր, ֆիզիկականը տեղը․ կենդանին, որ կենդանի է մինչև վերջին շունչը իր կյանքի համար պայքարում է, էդ 5 լիտրանոց կիսով չափ լցրած բենզինը իրենից ի՞նչ էր ներկայացնում, որ տղաները տեղից չելան։ Ո՞ւմ են հիմարի տեղ դրել:
Սուրեն Պապիկյան, ոչ մի տեղ չելար, չերևացիր, այ անբարոյականի սերունդ, 15 զոհ ես տվել մի գիշերվա ընթացքում, մի հայտարարությամբ հանդես չեկար։ Այդքան զինվոր իրավունք ունեի՞ն այդտեղ պահվեին, վթարային ելք չեն ունեցել, ինչի՞ պետք է ռեշոտկա լիներ պատուհաններին, անմարդկային պայմաններ, տականք, եթե դու չես կարողանում զինվոր պահել, ինչի՞ ես տանում սպանում երեխեքին»,- ասաց նա։
Հայկ Կիրակոսյանը նշեց, որ շատ բաներ չի ուզում խոսել, որ չմեղադրեն թե քաղաքականացնում է։ «Բայց մեր երեխեքին սպանելը կապված է քաղաքականության հետ, էնքան անբարոյականի սերունդ են, որ հանկարծ մեկը մյուսի հետ խառնենք կսկսեն ուրիշ բան խոսել»,- ասաց նա։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2023 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին, ժամը 01:30-ի սահմաններում Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ազատ գյուղի տարածքում տեղակայված ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի ինժեներասակրավորային վաշտի կացարանում բռնկված հրդեհի հետևանքով զոհվել է 15 ժամկետային զինծառայող։ Դեպքից անմիջապես հետո պաշտոններից ազատվել են 2-րդ բանակային կորպուսի հրամանատարը և ևս 7 բարձրաստիճան զինվորական։
