Թբիլիսիում բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ 63 մարդ է բերման ենթարկվել

Վրաստանի մայրաքաղաքում իրավապահները երկրի խորհրդարանի մոտ բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ ձերբակալել են 63 մարդու։ Այս մասին ճեպազրույցում հայտարարել է Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ փոխնախարար Ալեքսանդր Դարախվելիձեն, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
«Ռուսթավելիի պողոտայում տեղի ունեցած ցույցի ժամանակ ՆԳՆ աշխատակիցները 63 մարդու են բերման ենթարկել մանր խուլիգանության և ոստիկանության օրինական պահանջներին չենթարկվելու 166 և 173 հոդվածներով», - ասել է Դարախվելիձեն։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Վրաստանի նախագահ Սալոմե Զուրաբիշվիլին դատապարտել է այսպես կոչված «օտարերկրյա գործակալների մասին օրինագծի» դեմ բողոքի ցույցի կոշտ ցրումը։ Իր տեսաուղերձում նա դիմել է Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ ղեկավար Վախթանգ Գոմելաուրիին՝ խնդրելով դադարեցնել ուժ կիրառել ցուցարարների նկատմամբ։
Ավելի վաղ լրատվամիջոցները գրել էին, որ հատուկ ջոկատայինները սկսել են ցուցարարների դեմ օգտագործել ռետինե փամփուշտներ, ջրցան մեքենաներ և արցունքաբեր գազ։
Իր ուղերձում Զուրաբիշվիլին բողոքի ակցիան անվանել է «խաղաղ», իսկ ուժի կիրառումը անվտանգության ուժերի կողմից՝ «անհամաչափ»։ Նա նաև դիմել է Վրաստանի հանրային պաշտպան Լևան Իոսելիանիին՝ խնդրանքով արձագանքել ցույցը ցրելու ժամանակ ոստիկանության գործողություններին։
Նախագահը X սոցիալական ցանցում Վրաստանի նախագահը գրառում է կատարել՝ քննադատելով ուժայիններին։ Նա նշել է, որ ցուցարարների դեմ ուժի կիրառման ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրում է կառավարությունը։
«Թբիլիսիում շարունակվում է խաղաղ ցուցարարների նկատմամբ ուժի լիովին չարդարացված, անհիմն և անհամաչափ կիրառումը։ Վրաց ժողովուրդը զրկված է խաղաղ բողոքի ցույցի իրավունքից»,- գրել է Զուրաբիշվիլին։
Թբիլիսիում երեկ հանրահավաք է տեղի ունեցել։ Հատուկ ջոկատայինները սկսել են օգտագործել արցունքաբեր գազ, ռետինե փամփուշտներ և ջրցան մեքենաներ՝ ցույցը ցրելու համար։ Լրատվամիջոցների տեղեկություններով՝ ցուցարարների մեջ կան տուժածներ, նրանց թիվը հայտնի չէ։ Վրաստանի առողջապահության նախարարությունը հայտնել է երեք հոսպիտալացված ոստիկանի։
