Կառավարությունում երեկ տեղի է ունեցել Կիրանցի մոտ մեկ տասնյակ բնակիչների հանդիպումը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի, այլ պաշտոնյաների հետ։ Գրեթե 3 ժամ տևած հանդիպումից հետո բնակիչները հեռացել են չափազանց հուզված՝ որևէ մանրամասն չհայտնելով։

Միայն ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչներն են տեղեկություններ տարածել, թե Փաշինյանն այս հանդիպմանը շատ ավելի սարսափելի բացահայտումներ է արել, քան իրականում ներկայացվում է հանրությանը։ Գործող իշխանություններն էլ հաղորդագրություն են տարածել, թե իբր կիրանցիները բարձրաձայնել են իրենց բոլոր հուզող հարցերը, Փաշինյանը հանգամանալից ներկայացրել է առկա գործընթացը, շեշտել, որ բոլոր խնդիրներին կառավարությունում քաջածանոթ են, առաջարկվել է տեղում սկսել աշխատանքները և համատեղ քննարկումների միջոցով բարձրացվող հարցերին տալ լուծումներ։

Որևէ լուծում Հայաստանի գործող վարչախումբը այդպես էլ չի տալու, ընդհակառակը, կազմակերպված կատարում են թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի բոլոր պահանջները՝ ըստ էության տեղի բնակիչներին էլ նախապատրաստելով նման լուծումների։

Իհարկե, Փաշինյանի այս հրեշավոր ծրագիրը կարող է հաջողվել, եթե ընդդիմադիր շարժումը, ինչպես և Տավուշի մարզում սկսված բողոքի լայն ակցիան ձախողվի։ Ըստ էության, Հայաստանի իշխանությունների դավաճանական քայլերը ձախողելու միակ հնարավորությունը ընդդիմադիր լայն համախմբումն է, և բոլոր քայլերը, որոնք ուղղված չեն նման համախմբմանը, նպաստում են փաշինյանական վարչախմբի շահերի սպասարկմանը։
