ՔՊ-ում արշալույսները խաղաղ չեն

Տավուշի շուրջ իրավիճակի թեժացմանը՝ ընդդիմադիր շարժման օրեցօր աճող թափին զուգահեռ լուրջ ցնցումներ են գործող իշխանությունների մեջ։ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» երբեք միատարր կուսակցություն չի եղել, միշտ էլ ամենատարբեր հարցերի վերաբերյալ ունեցել են տարբեր կարծիքներ, սակայն Փաշինյանի դիրքերի ամուր լինելու պատճառով ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորներն ու պաշտոնյաները խուսափել են սեփական կարծիքը հայտնելուց։ Այդ հանգամանքը նույնիսկ չէր խանգարել, որ ՔՊ-ում մի քանի թևեր, կամ կլաններ ձևավորվեն, որոնք բավական լուրջ ու խորքային պայքար են մղում իրար դեմ՝ իշխանական ավելի շատ լծակների տիրելու նպատակով։

Նման ձգտումները զսպելու համար Փաշինյանը պարբերաբար հանդիպումներ էր կազմակերպում ՔՊ խմբակցության անդամների հետ, ներկայացնում իր մոտեցումները, կոնկրետ հրահանգներ տալիս, որոշ դեպքերում էլ հենց խմբակցության նիստին հաշիվ պահանջում կուսակիցներից։ Գրեթե ամսից ավելի է՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որևէ հանդիպում խմբակցության հետ չի կազմակերպել, առավել ևս նման հանդիպումներ տեղի էին ունենում խորհրդարանական քառօրյաներից առաջ։

Հերթական քառօրյան սկսվել է այսօր, և Փաշինյանը կրկին չի հանդիպել։ Այս հանգամանքը լուրջ մտահոգություններ է առաջացրել ՔՊ-ում, որտեղ հստակ պատկերացում չունեն, թե ինչպես են վարվելու։ Ընդամենը ստիպված են լինելու լսել խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Կոնջորյանի և քարտուղար Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանի հրահանգնե՞րը, որոնք կուսակիցներին դեռևս համոզում են, որ իրենք ուղիղ կապի մեջ են Փաշինյանի հետ և նրանց են փոխանցում Փաշինյանի ցանկությունները։

Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս հանգամանքը լուրջ մտահոգություն է առաջացրել, և ՔՊ-ում պնդում են, որ Փաշինյանն անձամբ հրավիրի խմբակցության հետ հանդիպում՝ ներկայացնելու ստեղծված իրավիճակը և դրանից դուրս գալու ելքերը։ Հակառակ պարագայում «Քաղպայմանագրում» սկսել են կասկածել, որ Փաշինյանն իր համար փախուստի ուղիներ է մշակում, իսկ իրենք մնալու են զայրացած ժողովրդին դեմ հանդիման։
