Երեկ ՀՀ Կառավարության շենքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանդիպել է Կիրանց գյուղի բնակիչների հետ: Հանդիպումն անցել է ոչ հուսադրող մթնոլորտում՝ ոչ միայն չփարատելով բնակիչների մտահոգությունները, այլ ավելին՝ կիրանցիներին հուզող հարցերը մնացել են անպատասխան, ինչը հերթական անգամ վկայում է, որ ՀՀ գործող կառավարությունը չունի քաղաքական հստակ և այլընտրանքային ռազմավարություն՝ ապահովելու սեփական քաղաքացիների անվտանգությունը, պաշտպանելու նրանց կյանքի, գույքի ու սեփականության իրավունքը:
Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել «Տավուշը հանուն Հայրենիքի» քաղաքացիական շարժումը:
«Իշխանությունը, միաժամանակ, հայտարարել է, որ չի կարող երաշխավորել սահմանազատման ենթարկված տարածքի «հայկական հատվածի» բնակիչների անվտանգությունը:
Իշխանությունը սպառեց Տավուշի մարզի Կիրանց գյուղի, հետևաբար նաև՝ ՀՀ սահմանազատման ենթակա մնացած մարզերի այլ համայնքների բնակիչներին պետական անվտանգային երաշխիքներ տրամադրելու վերջին հնարավորությունը:
Սա հերթական փաստն է, որ ՀՀ գործող ապօրինի իշխանությունը, սահմանազատման, ինքնիշխանության և խաղաղության կեղծ թեզերի շրջանառությամբ, տարածքային հակասահմանադրական և միակողմանի զիջումներ է կատարում հօգուտ Ադրբեջանի, որի սողացող նկրտումներն առաջիկայում ակնհայտ դրսևորվելու են Սյունիքում, Արարատում, Գեղարքունիքում:
ՀՀ իշխանությունը մսխել է հայկական դիմադրողականության ռազմաքաղաքական, անվտանգային և դիվանագիտական զինանոցը, և իր անկարողությամբ, բարոյալքված, ստահոդ ու կեղծ տեղեկատվական հոսքերով, բացառապես փորձում է ինքնաարդարանալ՝ ի գին ՀՀ և հայ ժողովրդի ազգային-պետական շահերի:
Տավուշեցին, հետևաբար՝ Հայաստանի քաղաքացին, վաղուց պաշտպանված չէ:
Իշխանությունը կորցրել է վստահությունը իր քաղաքական վարքաբանությամբ, շարքային քաղաքացու կյանքի ապահովման սահմանադրական և բարոյական պարտավորությունը լիարժեք ձախողելու պատճառով:
Վերահաստատում ենք, որ այս ամբողջ գործընթացն ապօրինի է, հակասում է ՀՀ Սահմանադրությանն ու օրենքներին, հետևաբար՝ պետք է կասեցվի»:
