ԱՄՆ-ը Փաշինյանից պահանջել է չմասնակցել Պուտինի երդմնակալությանը

Նախօրեին ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի և Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հեռախոսազրույցում ուշագրավ մի հանգամանք էլ է քննարկվել, որի վերաբերյալ ո՛չ ամերիկյան, ո՛չ էլ հայկական կողմերը բնականաբար չեն հայտնել։
Մայիսի 7-ին տեղի է ունենալու ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի երդմնակալության արարողությունը։ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ Բլինքենը պարզ և հստակ Փաշինյանին ասել է, որ Արևմուտքը չի հասկանում նրա աշխարհաքաղաքական կողմնորոշումների վայրիվերումները, և իրենց աջակցությունը շարունակելու համար Փաշինյանը պարզապես պարտավոր է մայիսի 7-ին չներկայանալ Մոսկվա և չմասնակցել Վլադիմիր Պուտինի երդմնակալության արարողությանը։
Փաշինյանը փորձել է տարհամոզել, թե չներկայանալը կարմիր գիծ են դիտարկելու նաև Մոսկվայում, ինչին ի պատասխան Բլինքենը նշել է, որ Արևմուտքը որևէ պարագայում թույլ չի տալու նրա մասնակցությունը երդմնակալության արարողությանը։ Մայիսի 8-ին Մոսկվայում կայանալու է նաև ԵԱՏՄ հոբելյանական գագաթնաժողովը։ Այս հարցում Բլինքենը տվել է իր թույլտվությունը՝ պայմանով, որ Փաշինյանը Մոսկվա է մեկնելու մայիսի 8-ին, մասնակցելու է գագաթնաժողովին և անմիջապես վերադառնալու է Հայաստան։ Փաշինյանին պարզորոշ հասկացրել են, որ կարմիր գիծ են դիտարկում նաև մասնակցությունը մայիսի 9-ին Կարմիր հրապարակում կայանալիք ռազմական շքերթին։
Ըստ Արևմուտքի՝ դա Վլադիմիր Պուտինի շոուն է, որտեղ նրա կողքին կանգնած ցանկացած պետության ղեկավար իր ուղիղ աջակցությունն է հայտնում Մոսկվային, Ուկրաինա ներխուժման ֆոնին։ Ըստ էության, Բլինքենը Փաշինյանին ասել է, որ ընդամենը կես օրով պետք է մեկնի Մոսկվա, մասնակցի գագաթնաժողովին և վերադառնա։
Իհարկե, նույն Արևմուտքը հրաշալի հասկանում է, որ այդ պայմաններում Փաշինյանը լրջագույն խնդիրներ է ունենալու հենց ռուսական կողմի հետ, և, ի վերջո, նման քայլերով փորձում են վերջնականապես պոկել Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանից, կամ էլ հնարավորություն են տեսնում այս կերպ Փաշինյանի Մոսկվա մեկնելու և բոլոր արարողություններին մասնակցելու պարագայում ընդհանրապես ձեռք քաշել Հայաստանի իշխանություններին աջակցելու հնարավորությունից. առանց այն էլ Փաշինյանը վաղուց այլևս հիմնովին զզվեցրել է Արևմուտքին։
