Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյան. Թվային փոխակերպումն առաջին հերթին մտածողության փոփոխությունն է

Կոնվերս Բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանը ԵՊՀ ուսանողական խորհրդի 30-ամյակի միջոցառումների շրջանակում կրկին հանդես է եկել դասախոսությամբ: Այս անգամ նա անդրադարձել է ֆինանսական ծառայությունների թվայնացման, թվային փոխակերպման գործընթացին՝ որպես ամենամեծ մարտահրավեր նշելով մտածողության փոփոխության անհրաժեշտությունը:
«Թվային տրանսֆորմացիան իրականում ավելին է, քան բանկային պրոդուկտների ու ծառայությունների թվայնացումը. սա առաջին հերթին մարդկանց՝ հաճախորդների ու աշխատակիցների մտածելակերպի փոփոխությունն է: Տեխնոլոգիական առաջընթացի դարաշրջանում բանկերը դադարում են զուտ բանկային ծառայություններ մատուցող միջնորդ կառույցներ լինել: Նրանք սկսում են դառնալ խորհրդատուներ, և դուք՝ երիտասարդ սերունդն եք, որ պետք է մեզ օգնեք հասկանալ մեր հաճախորդներին, նրանց կարիքները և տրանսֆորմացվել»,-ասել է Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանը:
Այս տեսանկյունից որպես հաջողված փորձառություն նշվել է կենսաթոշակների՝ անկանխիկ փոխանցման համակարգի ներդրումը, երբ բանկերի երիտասարդ աշխատակիցների օգնությամբ մի քանի ամսում թոշակառուները սովորեցին օգտվել վճարային քարտերից, կատարել անկանխիկ վճարումներ:
Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև աշխատաշուկային՝ նոր, թվային մտածելակերպով մասնագետների կարիքին:
«Մտածողության փոփոխություն է պարտադրում նաև աշխատաշուկան. առանց նոր գիտելիքներով, թվային մտածելակերպով աշխատակիցների ֆինանսական շուկայի զարգացումն անհնար է: Այսօր շուկայում, օրինակ, տեղեկատվական անվտանգության մասնագետների մեծ պահանջարկ կա, բայց մասնագետներ չկան: Կրթվեք, զարգացեք, մենք ակնկալում ենք ձեր աջակցությունը հաճախորդներին հասկանալու, ներգրավելու և նրանց թվային տրանսֆորմացիայի ենթարկելու հարցում»,- ասել է նա:
Անդրադառնալով Կոնվերս Բանկում ընթացող թվային փոխակերպման գործընթացին՝ Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանը նշել է, որ այսօր ակտիվ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում գործընթացներն ավտոմատացնելու, մարդկային գործոնը բացառելու ուղղությամբ:
«Մենք ձգտում ենք դառնալ բանկ, որը չի ասոցացվի ֆինանսական ծառայությունների հետ, այլ կդառնա երկխոսության՝ Converse հարթակ: Մեր տեսլականն է ստեղծել միջավայր, որտեղ դուք, մեր բոլոր հաճախորդները կպլանավորեն օրը, կօգտվեն այն բոլոր ծառայություններից, որոնց կարիքն ունեն: Մենք մեր արժեհամակարգը կրող մասնագետների կարիքն ունենք, որպեսզի մեզ աջակցեն փոփոխությունների ճանապարհին»,-նշել է պարոն Գրիգորյանը:
