Ի՞նչ հեղինակության մասին են խոսում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Այն, որ ոստիկանությունը Փաշինյանի իշխանության ձեռքին դարձել է Հայաստանը կտոր-կտոր թշնամուն հանձնելու դեմ ընդվզող քաղաքացիներին ճնշելու, ռեպրեսիաների ենթարկելու կույր գործիք, ուղղակիորեն ակնհայտ է: Համոզվելու համար բավարար է մի քանի վայրկյան դիտել ոստիկանների մասնակցությամբ ցանկացած տեսանյութ, և կփարատվեն վերջին կասկածները: Ոստիկանական թիրախավորված բռնության են ենթարկվում նույնիսկ ծերերը, կանայք, երեխաները, 6-7 հոգով, «կերած-խմած» բերետակիրները վրա են տալիս համեստ մարմնակազմվածքով 1 հոգու վրա, քաշքշում, հրում, խփում գետնին, դե, գոնե կսմթում...
Եվ ահա, նման խայտառակ վարք դրսևորող ոստիկանությունը հանդես է եկել ոչ այն է՝ հայտարարությամբ, ոչ այն է՝ հաղորդագրությամբ, որի մեջ ասվում է. «Որոշ շրջանակներ, այդ թվում՝ նաև ԶԼՄ-ներ, սոցհարթակներում անհիմն և համակարգված եղանակով թիրախավորում են ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությանը՝ փորձեր անելով տարածել կառույցի հեղինակությանը վնասող ապատեղեկատվություն և ուղղորդված սխալ տեղեկություններ»:
Սա ուղղակի զարմանահրաշ, եթե չասվի՝ հոգեկսմթիչ հայտարարություն է: Ուրեմն, ժողովրդի դեմ ռեպրեսիաների ելած ոստիկանությունում կարծում են, թե դեռ կարող են խոսել հեղինակության մասին, որն էլ, իբր, վնասվում է: Մեկ էլ՝ իբր ոստիկանության մասին սխալ տեղեկություններ են տարածվում: Լո՞ւրջ:
Այդ ո՞ր ոստիկանության մասին եք խոսում. այն ոստիկանությա՞ն, որի աշխատակիցը Փաշինյանի ավտոշարասյան կազմում վրաերթի ենթարկելու միջոցով սպանել է Սոնա Մնացականյանին ու նրա՝ չծնված երեխային, ու մնացել է անպատի՞ժ: Այն ոստիկանությա՞ն, որի աշխատակիցներն իրենց պահպանության ու պաշտպանության տակ գտնվող ձեռնաշղթայված անձնավորությանը նպատակադրված թողնում են ոստիկանական մեքենայի մեջ այնպես, որ «ինչ-որ դիմակավորված» անհայտ անձինք հարձակվեն, բռնություն ու անձի արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնող գործողություններ իրականացնեն տվյալ հայ մարդու նկատմամբ: Այն ոստիկանությա՞ն, որը դարձել է բացառապես մեկ անձի պաշտպանություն իրականացնող կառույց: Այն ոստիկանությա՞ն, որի ներկայացուցիչները «Եռաբլուրում» քաշքշում էին զոհվածների ծնողներին, մայրերին, քույրերին:
Չէ, մենք գիտենք, որ ոստիկանությունում էլ կան կարգին մարդիկ: Բայց... փաշինյանական պարգևավճարների համար բոլոր «կարմիր գծերն» անցնելը չի կարող որևէ արդարացում ունենալ, նույնիսկ «հրամանն» ու «տուն պահելը»: Յուրաքանչյուրն ունի ընտրության իրավունք: Ոստիկաններն էլ ունեն: Այս ճակատագրական օրերին ամեն մեկն ինքն է ընտրում իր ազգի, ժողովրդի, երկրի կողքի՞ն լինել, թե՞ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի: Կա՛մ, կա՛մ: Կիսահղի պարզապես հնարավոր չէ լինել:
