Տավուշում բողոքի գործողություններն ընդարձակվում են, գործող իշխանությունների վարքն էլ անկանխատեսելի և ագրեսիվ է դառնում։ Պատճառն այն է, որ շարժումը բոլոր հնարավորություններն ունի վերածվելու քաղաքական լրջագույն շարժման և դնելու Փաշինյանի իշխանազրկման հիմքերը։

Այս պահի դրությամբ կարելի է տպավորություն ստեղծվել, որ շարժման առաջատար ուժը Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցին է՝ ի դեմս Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանի, ինչը օբյեկտիվորեն ճշմարիտ է, բայց եթե քաղաքական մենեջմենթ չիրականացվի առաջիկա մեկ-երկու շաբաթների ընթացքում, ապա սկսվելու է նահանջ, որովհետև միայն պաթետիկ հայտարարություններով հնարավոր չի լինելու պահպանել շարժման ռիթմը, ընդ որում, հանրությունն էլ, այս պահի դրությամբ կարելի է փաստել` պատրաստ չէ երկարատև պայքարի և արագ ու քաղաքական լուծումներ է պահանջում։

Այս հանգամանքն, իհարկե, հասկանում է նաև գործող վարչախումբը, ամեն կերպ փորձում հետ պահել նախ քաղաքական ուժերին, ապա և շարժման հասցեին ապատեղեկատվություն ու կեղծիք տարածել՝ ընդհուպ անցնելով ամենակեղտոտ քարոզչական հնարքների։

Փաստն այն է, որ Տավուշում սկիզբ առած շարժումը քաղաքական մենեջմենթի անցնելուց, քաղաքական հստակ պահանջներ ներկայացնելուց զատ, նաև պետք է բոլորովին չարձագանքի գործող իշխանությունների սև քարոզչությանը, նաև ունենա մարդիկ, որոնք պատրաստ են իրենց անազատության գնով վառ պահել հակափաշինյանական պայքարի կրակը։
